Wanted one for years – I wanted one of these for years and I finally have one. I chose a limited "Platinum" edition colour which suited me but I'm sure there is a colour out there for everyone. This edition came with a glass bowl and an extra attachment which scrapes the sides of the bowl as it mixes. I have a large family of 6 and often have guests and the larger 6.8L glass bowl is perfect. It doesnt have a splatter guard but the sides are so high I haven't needed one. I have already made pavlova, cakes, meatballs, batters and more and this thing works with ease. It's easy to clean and looks so spunky on my kitchen bench. I just couldn't be happier, actually I could, I could own all the attachments too. :) I would also like a secondary bowl so if one is in the dishwasher, it's still ready to be used for something else. Mixes everything, from 1 egg to meatballs for 10 It is expensive but I think you get what you pay for.
