Terrible – Here is one of the entertainment worlds 'should have been's'. This device offered everything you needed for home entertainment in a nice package. Delivered for a while, but gave up too soon. Looks good. Looks are deceptive. This is built in obsolesence taken to the extreme. I wouldn't say it has played a sufficent number of dvd's or videos to warrant its expiry, video first, dvd recently. Bought the item in 2005.

Excellent – An excellent product that has been used an average of of 5 hours per day since purchase,crisp,clear pictures both on dvd and videos.Absolutely faultless. Excellent product.Hard working no problems after many hours of use both DVD and video

Bad – pretty simple to use... some issues. not sure if i would buy one again looks pretty suave wouldn't read DVD's after a while. got it fixed at place of purchase

OK – Would buy again, I havent had any problems. It plays dvd's just fine and I can record through the tape. Works fine, no problems, easy to use

Good – Good product for price. Easy to program. Had to get a tech to set it up as it wouldnt connect to the channels by itself. Apparently you had to know some secret lock code for it to work automatically. Not being able to search on DVD's is a bugbear. Apart from that its great. Value for money. when using external devices like video cameras. Cant move through scenes quickly in DVD (unless im doing it wrong). Have to skip from scene to scene with no inbetween. Nuisance if you missed something and just want to go back a bit.

Excellent – Got the tv yesterday and had to grab this today to match them up, reproduction is absolutely spectacular. Combined with my surround sound it is equal to any movie theatre I have been to, buying this combination was the best thing I have done. matches up to mt LG Lafinion Widescreen tv and they work together beautifully. It plays heaps of diferent media and you can program it to play any region dvd's with a simple "fix"
