Samsung CLP-500

Bad – The real issue here is Samsung's poor customer service - why not release a driver for V64? They have a driver for their almost identical product CPL-510 (which doesn't work for the CPL-500, btw). This poor experience and the comtemptious answers we got from Samsung suggesting we buy one of their newer machines instead of begging for a driver upgrade, even though the printer is still under warranty, has absolutely ensured that we will never again buy a Samsung printer, and will very carefully consider any Samsung product before purchase. Reasonable quality print. Duplex print included as standard. Bulky, I mean huge, we've got it sitting on the floor because it takes up too much deskspace. Does not work on Vista64 and Samsung has contemptiously refused to release a driver - we have to keep a 32 bit machine around just so we can use this printer.
