Absolute crap – I'd love to give this a zero just for wasting so many hours of my life being unreliable. Terrible quality printing and no way to greyscale when you have black but no colour ink left. WIFI is unreliable and printer takes forever to warm up. Garbage product- will never purchase this brand again.

This is a lemon, and has been since, I strongly recommend you buy something else – The printer is slow, it takes ages while it stops and starts to print even one page. It has been a lemon since brand new. Now the black ink cartridge is playing up and I cannot find any support to trouble shoot the problem. Slow, unreliable, poor quality

OK – I looked at the printers of HP, Epsom and Canon. I decided on this one because of the higher resolution scanner. For the price I reckon it's a good all round printer. Print quality. Higher resolution scanner than most in this price range. Cheap cartridges but they aren't big like the $50 ones of HP, etc. My first black cartridge ran out quick, may have been half full. Don't know where they get their pages per minute data from, must be 1 word a page. Makes all these noises on startup from sleep mode and takes ages before it prints. It is too bulky.

Good – A good value printer, copier and scanner. Doesn't do faxes and the cartridges do not last long. Cartridges are also expensive if you don't shop around; buying in bulk can save you 50%. This printer has been good for our at home printing needs. It can copy, scan and print in colour or black and white. Well priced. I feel like I am constantly changing the cartridges.
