Tattooed girl at Cremorne was rude, I advised her the hand cleanser was empty, she said zi know, people don’t use it, well they can’t if it’s empty, I said I do, she said oh well and they weren’t replacing it. Order did not arrive – I ordered wine and ten days later it had not arrived - the tracking said it had been delivered. I sent an email no response. The an online chat advised that the wine had been damaged and would arrive at some time. There was no advice about this. Second time it has happened. Please try other online outlets.

Terrible website, no explaine for promotion – Please fired the Admin team or promotion team. The SITEWIDE promotion it not works with member price, turn out it more expensive without using code. Contact them and they agreed to refund, the next day they change the mind and said they can not do it. What a stupid system.

Excellent customer service – At least 5 times I have had the pleasure of making a purchase from Vintage Cellars in South Yarra. Terrible – AVOID! Ordered using “Express Delivery” - advertised as 90 minutes - 23 hours later not delivered. At home with front door wide open and get text saying delivery had failed. Borderline criminal behaviour and flat out liars. Cannot leave house as delivery requires ID. Do not buy anything from Vintage Cellars.
One star is too high – Bought on Dec 1 with Dec 4 estimated delivery. Now Dec 16 and stil no delivery. Contacted them multiple times and this company is just full of liars. They lie on the site, they lie on the chat and they lie on the phone. They are still running promos on the site but won't dispatch. Scam alert!

One of the worst online experience – One of the worst online experience. Promo codes not working properly/gift cards cannot be used and removed. Literally a terrible experience and not once.
Dont' waste your time – Ordered spirits online and received confirmation of delivery within 90 minutes. 3 hours passed and no delivery. I rang the customer service line and made to wait on hold for 15 minutes before being told that the local store did not have the product. Was good going bad – I used to like VC. They had a loyalty scheme which held me to them. Then they stopped it and members received a bit less, but I liked the staff and the Avalon store is convenient. This wine arrived within 4 days of my phone call however when it arrived there were 6 bottles of Sav blanc & six bottles of Pinot gris, not even anywhere near of what I ordered. I immediately phoned and let them know & were very apologetic, was told they had checked the warehouse and there were over 1,000 bottles in stock and would send the order straight away. After about 5 days I did not have any notification that the order was sent so rang again & was told that it has not left yet as there was none in stock. I am used to asking the name of the person I spoke to but on each occasion when I mentioned whom I had been speaking to, there was nobody there by that name. I have since had my money refunded.
Misleading information about vintage – Wines have vintage listed with a price and a note that vintage can vary. On several occasions, vintage delivered is significantly different to information on website - in this instance, 2020 was delivered instead of 2015. I would expect the value of the wine to vary significantly based on its vintage. Show details
