Good – Overall, I'm very happy with the player. The quality of the unit is excellent. The player comes with a USB extension cable. Every USB component you get seems to have one of these so an extra one is out of place. I would rather see this as an optional extra to reduce the cost a bit. The quality of sound is excellent. The clip-on earphones are a pleasant surprise and ability to record with the built-in microphone or line-in. The ear phone length is okay if the player is worn around the neck but a bit short for other uses for which the player has been critised at other web sites but the extension cable that comes with the unit overcomes this. The clear plastic cover and clip is nice for keeping the player from scratches. The first impulse was to pull the cap off the USB connector to plug it in but no warning was given that the cap was connected to the unit by a short plastic line. This is great for not losing the cap but my first enthusiastic effort pulled the anchoring clip out of the cap and took some time to figure out how it went back in. Trying to record using the internal microphone proved frustrating until I fiddled with the settings menu and found out the default record setting was the line-in. Once this was changed everything was sweet. The documentation that comes with the unit doesn't mention these things.

Good – a very good mp3 and very reliable if you are traveling for a long time in a car, i would give it a 9 out of ten for it. well it has 256mb which is good memory space. msi is a good brand aswell. it also last fairly long without recharging it. no bad things found yet.
