Disgusted with their delivery service – I purchased a Easter Hamper well in advance for Easter. Did not deliver on time for Easter and did not offer door to door service. They just left the product at the post office. I paid extra for door to door delivery. Very disappointed and will never use them again. People don't bother using this service as they wont deliver on time for special occasions.

Happy Customer – I needed a last minute delivery to my friend who was going through a difficult time. The hamper arrived as scheduled and she was very happy. I thought the product range compared to other hamper places was excellent and the add on's were perfect as I wanted to add something for her partner too!

Great Service, Delivered on Time – The team at Basket Basket went out of their way to get my hamper delivered to my sister who was only staying on the Gold Coast for 2 days and she was delighted with it. Their services was outstanding and even though I had left it till the last minute, they made sure everything was done to my liking. The friendly service.

Good delivery - poor product - would not use again – I ordered the Fruit & Chocolate Hamper....delivery was great, the fruit good but chocolates were missing. Just one small box of chocs only..no truffles or Belgian chocolates. Their response was basically "read their T&Cs"! i.e. they don't guarantee delivery will match product as advertised. Not good - close would have been OK - this was not even near to.

I emailed back to formally complain - they have ignored me... Delivery Product did not match to what was being advertised

Good – I use basket basket now for all my work gift basket deliveries. The range is great and the service friendly and helpful. This service was great. I couldn't find what I wanted on the extensive online catalogue but when I called up the ladies were really really helpful and pleasant. Postage was also inexpensive compared to other web sites. The first one took a little time to deliver but it was going to a University department which are always hard to find.
