EASYFLOWERS

Flowers were half dead in a few days – Was recently sent an arrangement from easyflowers. Within 3 days the roses had wilted so much they had to be removed from the arrangements. The card that came with it was the most unprofessional I have seen. Two address labels had the text printed on it and were overlapping each other. It was so tacky. The back of the card lists Canstar blue awards from 2015, 2016 and 2020. Maybe they provided quality flowered then but definitely not now.

Thank you for your service you tried everything to do to get the flowers to the person and always let me know what you can't and can do .they got there even when there was no florist in the town.thank you . Show 2 replies

Flowers are always perfect – I ordered flowers for Mothers Day. They were delivered on the date selected. The gift was very much appreciated by my mother. I was able to select a day prior to the actual date which saved on delivery fees. Show reply

I have always used easy flowers for my daughter and family in Australia The flowers are always beautiful and fresh and the chocolates are loved by everyone Plus the prices compared with other companies are always lower But the goods are top class Show 3 replies

Sending flowers to my sister who just had a hip replacement didn't seem like a great idea as she would need to 'look after' the flowers so I searched for a comany that delivered chocolate treats and found that EASYFLOWERS offered a superb range of delicious treats that someone recovering from surgery would really enjoy. pieces selection. The ordering process was easy and I appreciated the updates as to the progress of my order. My sister loved her delivery and said the chocolates were the best she has tasted in years ! so thank you EASYFLOWERS for offering such a great range of flowers and sweet treats.

This hasn't been a great experience. This is an agency that sends out orders to florist so the middle man so to speak, which has been painful to deal with during the issues with the 2 x orders. Flowers didn't survive more than a couple of days, had 2 bouquets ordered from UK for me. Really difficult to get a response too, lots of back and forth.… Read more

My parents ordered the flowers from UK and the most expensive bouquet was over $170. This is not acceptable life of bouquet, nor customer service. My mum was offered a $30 refund or a voucher to use them again, which we won't be doing obviously. They refused to deal with me as the recipient which made things harder too as both parents elderly and on UK timezone, some flexibility with this would have been helpful. Very disappointing as I love flowers!!

Ordered at 1015am for same day delivery for 80th birthday. First they didn’t have the flowers - I was more than happy for substitutions. At 3.15pm they advised delivery could not be made same day. Refunded money will take days to reach my account so now paying more money to get flowers delivered a day late. Would not recommend.

Terrible flower arrangement. I was so diappointed when they arrived. The flowers were wiltered and for the price i paid got no joy from them. Would not recommebd at all.

Will not go anywhere else, always easy always beautiful and takes the stress out of worrying missing Birthday ,Mother’s Day etc. I have never had a bad experience at all with easy flowers customer communication is top notch again another flawless delivery and beautiful arrangement. Show reply
