Pros:
Works perfectly with my bluetooth HP NX7010 laptop and XP SP2, including Skype, SIPPhone, Real Player and Windows Media Player. Good battery life, great sound quality, windstop works. Comfortable. Good quality. Compact AC charger.
Cons:
I haven't seen a bluetooth headset yet that doesn't make you look like a geek when wearing it in public, this one included. So, I don't. It doesn't recognise my Siemens S55 when I dial on the keypad - I have to "wake it up" by using a voice dial command first. Probably my phone.
Overall:
Bought for $69 from Harris Technology. No complaints, recommend to anyone.

Pros:
None for me because I bought it because it said that it worked on a PC e.g. for Skype
Cons:
Logitech deliberately hide the fact, which you will find on their website if you search hard enough after you have bought the product, that any PC/Laptop with the standard Windows Bluetooth will not support this headet.
Overall:
It stinks that Logitech do not have such a sticker on the package - "Does not work with XP" - and that they willingly take your money on what turns out to be false pretensions. This headphone cannot be used for Skype or any other PC application because it is not compatible with XP Bluetooth.
Beware before you also waste your money.
