Bad – Even though it is multifunction, the functions other than the printing are not user friendly, and are clumsy and cheap looking. The print quality is reasonable for what it is, but the horrid paper feed and lack of usability mean it is not value for money. It uses ink up quickly and the heads misalign and clog easily. cheap, multifunction, print quality is reasonable. I have to sit and remove each sheet by hand, the machine doesn't spit them out properly and then it prints on the previous page and causes a jam. It takes a long time to turn on and off.

OK – The product is ok once gotten use to operating/using it. Particularly, the scanner UI - I was at the extend of pulling my hair out when it would not scan a piece of document in one piece, but "chopped" it up into several pieces/sections. After some months, I finally figured out that there is this delete icon in the toolbar which deletes the frames highlight sections/parts of the document. After removing all wanted sections (it could sometimes come up to more than 10 sections), then have to drag and highlight the document into one section and now ready to scan.

Summary, cumbersome product but is ok once get the hang of it. Scanner quality is quite good Ink consumption is excessive, frequent ink leakage, print quality is compromised, the scanner UI is not friendly
