Terrible – BUYER BEWARE - this product (DCP-110c) was DOA, then took some convincing to get it replaced even though I had only owned it for 1 hour! Then went for "urgent" repairs (took 6 weeks and over 6 items were replaced)Brother initially refused to replace, changed brand to Lexmark DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!!!!!! Not actually for this one, the DCP-110C, but i can't seem to get anyone to list it after 3 requests!
