I use one pill not two and for the most part, great energy, enhanced awareness, improved strength, better recovery, down 8 pounds in about 6 weeks, better sleeps at night, eating is more or less unchanged, my metabolism is working more efficiently and I can see and feel the changes.

It does work – I started using March 2, 2018 and have lost 40 pounds in 5 months. With a little restraint reduced calorie intake and Hydroxcut Hardcore Elite, my life has truly changed.

I feel sick – I have been using this product for 4 days, I have anxiety and have problems in sleeping. I took only two tablet, one on the morning and one in afternoon around 3 pm. I checked feedback and history of the company, it's bad, the products was withdraw from the market in 2014 but the company changed the name and now hydroxycut elite.

It has no benefits. Total waste! – I have taken this product for a whole month straight. And havent lost a single kilo. If anything my workouts have been less productive. Biggest nonsense ever. They have the best marketing skills but don't live up to their word. Damn you.

realised this when i came off the tablets because I was hungrier all the time- back on them and it's back under control. definitelt cycle it, and take less if you have a low tolerance to stimulants. I have a very high tolerance, sleep fine and don't get jitters or dizziness. Some slight chest pains due to increased heart right in the 1st 3 days but fine after that.

Good stuff – Have been doing Kung fu for years and this product , with a good eating plan also hard working out , really help you look riped .

half an hour before lunch and I find I get a mild buzz for the rest of the afternoon. Whilst it has more caffeine, it doesn't give me the jitters that Dexaprine did. Both are great thermogenics, but I find Hydroxycut easier to handle. I love to feel the perspiration during the day because I know that my thermogenics are working. I find the appetite suppression could be a little better, but with the Oxyelite Pro thrown in as well, it meets my requirements. Overall, an important aid to your summer cut.

I exercise 6 days a week and this product reduce my energy levels so much I could only manage 2.

I did everything suggested in reviews to help this by drinking at least 3 litres of water a day, trying to get enough sleep (impossible) stopped drinking all coffee and tea. Remained on my strict fat stripping diet and took recommended dose. I even reduced it to stop the chest pain and fatigue to half the dose but to no benefit at all.

Waste of money and a risk to your health The marketing of the product is obviously successful. I was certainly sucked in! Just about everything.

NOTHING Causes anxiety, depression, nausea, chest pain, shakes, shortness of breath, black outs. can't speak for everybody though, everyones different. Everything has side-effects of different severities. The pro's of this product is for sure top 5. I'd probably recommend to do cycles (on and off the tablets) because otherwise your body gets too used to it, and it wont keep its effect. I do a months cycle, take a break for one or two, then hit another cycle... works wonders. Id recommend it above anything else, and to anybody (if your over 18). Increased energy experienced throughout the whole day, being on it consistently for a even just a few days has unbelievable effects on motivation, im very alert while on it, its strongest point is obviously within the first 2 hours of taking it, which is when you need to be working out. Hydroxycut Max is superior, im a female and had visible muscle definition within the first 3 or 4 days, people were commenting, it was incredible. You need to figure out your tolerance, the best way to do that is to work up to the full dosage (if needed), when you buy a new product its natural to want to jump straight into it with the full dosage, but thats really not recommended. Take 2 capsules once or twice a day first, then increase. If you take too much you may experience a pretty horrible feeling, when I either took too much or didn't eat substantially for the day (cal count was low) then I'd experience severe dizziness, and an intense jittery feeling (I'd be bouncing off the walls! And not in a good way!). I now have a dosage of 3 capsules in the morning & then 2 before my workout or before lunch, and i eat a small meal with it (apple or proetein shake)and have found this works wonders. I also experienced lack of sleep, and would wake up in the early hours of the morning and pretty much start my day because i was not able to get back to sleep - this could be a positive or negative, depending on what time u went to bed & how many hours your sleeping. When i first started I also experience stomach aches which were quite uncomfortable, they were muscular pains similar to period pains, but i definetly knew it was the capsules, happened to me the first few days of starting up again on the cycle.

Bad – if it works for you take it, but watch the health risks as they can be permanantly damaging. consult your doctor pre use good pump, lost fat mass sent my blood pressure to hypertension along with increased anxiety and decreased sleep

I successfully lost weight using this to supplement my diet and exercise. Expensive.

Initial rushy and dizzy symptoms. Realised I should cut back on the coffee whilst using this, and take it with food and not take as many as recommended. But those symptoms seemed to wear off once I got used to it and I upped the dose accordingly.I think my body got too used to this product and I found it stopped working as effectively (cravings no longer were reduced) so I decided it was time to try another product which is working well now.

Excellent – excellent. have lost a weight and increased my metabloic rate which was my plan more so than the weight loss. sideeffects. Drink a lot of water and i would suggest you to take it atleast 6 hts before going t bed or wont be able to sleep. I took one dosage befofe lunch and the other in the evening before hitting the gym. I maintained a lw fat and low carb diets. Do not skip your meals and dont even stuff yourself. Eat less. i would suggest you to have a fixed timings schedule for the fat burner and take it atleast 30 mins before you have ur meals. money. I first used Hydroxycut, and achieved great energy boost and lost a bit of weight, and then when i went to restock was advised to purchase the Optibolic. (i know they were converting me to one of their own brands, but if it saves me money and does the same thing, i'm not complaining!)
