would buy another LG after this.. Very disappointing after spending a lot of money and thinking i would get at least 6 years good service out of this plasma tv.

events were simply amazing and high end at the time. I like watching HD TV and Blue ray which really brings out its true potential. good contrast and sound quality. very powerful. very affordable product. it also has teletext to view the latest weather and news. None so far it has been great.

years yet. I would definitely recommend this product - even second hand units will probably still give a good few years service yet. Stylish looks and good overall colour resolution. No built in HD tuner - had to use a separate box.

HD sets by a mile. Price is unbeatable for what you get. I paid $2750 for it and am happy with that. The nearest competition was about $1000 dearer. Took me 5 minutes to get it connected to HDTV box and hey presto it was up and going. Nothing bad with the product. For me it's great and I cant bag it. Would be good if LG would make it 2-3yrs warranty.

OK – Other than the slight discolouration it seems to be pretty good. The screen size and picture quality are pretty good. The functionality is fairly intuitive and didn't have much trouble plugging it all in. I've only had it a few days and have noticed some faint horizontal bluish tones across the screen depending on what's being displayed. I'm not sure whether the TV is at fault or my new STB. I would be interested if anyone else has noticed this!!

Bad – Good value for money as you'll pay around $2699 at most stores. However, the new intergrated digital LG is here now (852x480p but with a HD receiver integrated. LG though for the quality and 2yr warranty. Great value for money (although the new Samsung has a much higher finish quality) for a big TV thats great for DVDs.

But the LG HD box and it all works on one remote control. The build quality on LG Plasmas continues to drop, albeit with the price. The picture is sometimes very noisy compared with the like of Pioneer and Fujitsu, but on par with SD Samsungs and Philips.

Good – Did compare the set with other sets of a similar price and was impressed with the picture. Very sharp and bright. Plenty of connections including DVI. Pleased with the quality of build. Very good picture although would be better with HD Set top box. Paid $2995.00 with extended warranty (5yrs). Have owned the set for about 1 month with no problems.

Good – It is overall a very good product. You will never want to watch a movie ona normally tv screen again after watching one of these. Even the adds look good. What a great buy this was. and cant be knocked over. They are very large but not much in width so it seems to be top heavy looking unless it is put on something really stable.
