Terrible – Do not buy this machine. 1 replacement plus two seperate 1 month repairs within 8 months of ownership. Sony are negligent in selling a known flawed piece of equipment and hold out hope by updating firmware. This does not fix the problems. The service agents (in Perth) are incompetent and congratulated themselves on repairing the fault, except that it was not faulted in the way they said and did not fix actual fault. After a month. Now back in for over a month. The stories from the repairer were lies (contradicted known facts) and did not perform basic fault finding. Great picture when it works Everything including service, support, updates, reliability are poor. To be generous.
