Excellent – the laptop lasted me a while i love upgrading my laptops every 2 years and this one did the job at the time it was a very fast processesor that really made my applications go like a flash and the quality of the picture was world class standards there. i think the machine had all the wireless and cd features i needed for my business and personal… Read more · 1
use and it was worth while and the money side of things, it was very affordable and very portable and compact to carry around. it wont weigh you down to the ground moving around. nice looking laptop didnt meet my power expectation after 1 year
OK – Overall, I decided on this laptop because of the ATI graphics card (which wasn't as good as I thought it would be), next time, I would probably just buy a Alienware/Toshiba model. Cheap (great notebook computer for under a grand), compact size, aesthetically pleasing, , STI graphics card, 256 stick graphics card, good battery life compared to the… Read more
other compaq presarios I have owned, great screen size, lots of ports (usb :P), lots of software and has a card reader built in. Although I said it has a good battery life, I think it could be better. Probably not the best graphics for my taste, can get quite slow when operating it with three programs running at the same time.
Excellent – worth the money does what a more expensive machine does. wireless internet etc. sturdy build and stylish. Easy to use great machine for under a grand. Battery life is good.
Excellent – Excellent portable laptop which keeps up with most others. Was at a really cheap price when i brought it yet i still have no regrets. Good portable laptop with good battery life. Mine came with and extra 256MB RAM and $100 cash back. Runs very well for a laptop keeps up with most and lasts long on just a battery Battery does die eventually. Currently has a error running certain progams (suspected to be RAM or Hard drive)
My laptop – Worked fine for a while, then stuffs up Works fine, although a little slow I'm having CPU fan problems at the mom. HP not a help either
Bad – after the ram upgrade runs well, but still slow on start up only get the coffee in now before it starts so it is a bit faster. I have only had it for 3 weeks so time will tell how it is for reliabilty and overall performance It was cheap and compact size good visuals Runs that slow that you can turn it on have a shower and make a coffee and get… Read more
back just as it finishes loading. Compaq sell advertising that it has 1.6gig processor but actually runs at 800mhz.
to speed the thing up I had to spend another $129 to upgrade the ram. They should be stuffed for false advertising
