Pros: Powerful Wireless remote Sounds great

Cons: Not completely smooth Very slight distortions Pricey Heavy

Overall: For a 2.1 system, the Altec Lancing FX4021 is an excellent choice, but a little too pricey. You get really loud and powerful sound out of these speakers but when you start to go up high on volume, you start to notice slight distortions and also the bass ripples aren't perfect. They are a little muddy as some people call it. What I didn't like about them was the size and weight, for a 2.1 system. The remote was very handy as I can sit back and relax, without having to be near the speakers. Overall, if you are looking for a 2.1 system, look elsewhere. But if you don't mind the price, these will do quite nicely.
