Motor has blown up while using – Bought it about 15 years ago. Used it about 5 times. On 6th occasion, the motor burnt out. In the 5 occasion I used it it was impressive therefore I thought I'd start using it more and now it has burnt out. I am very disappointed that this has now happened after only using it 6 times.  Show details

Once a part of it broken - it useless piece of rubbish, thanks to service – Have broken lid. Called official service. They promise to check lid availability and price. After 5 days they still can't tell whether this lid is available or not, how much willit cost, and they have no idea when the main office respond to them.

Its great! – The best Ive used so far! but It can get noisy during operation, so I prefer not to use it much when people are around. All In All, its a recommended device. I can do salads, desserts, smoothies, and many great recipe! In the future, I would go with a more friendly machine. Reliable, Easy to use, My helpful assistant, A wide range of tools. Noisy, complicated setup

Dreadful support, no customer care, just buy our cr*p and go away – I got fooled with the packaging when buying this device. Moulinex showed all the accessories on the big photo on the box. But what is on the box is not what is inside. Inside were far fewer accessories. Tip: look for the small print stickered on one side of the box for what you are actually buying. Almost impossible to contact Moulinex to… Read more

comment to them so they can improve their customer experience.

Last straw is the liquidiser jug. Goes into the slot. No instructions anywhere on how to remove it. It's stuck on the machine!

Never buying Moulinex again. This does the basics at a slightly-above-average price. The name Moulinex is misleading: I thought it stood for good products and service.

Motor burned out after 5 uses – I have owned my Odacio 3 for about 4 years, but didn't use it much because there were so many bits to pull out, assemble and clean. Now I'm in a bigger house, I want to start using it more, but I tried to blend some bread and vegetables the other day and the motor blew. I now have a very expensive paperweight. I only just replaced the bowl, too… Read more

after it deformed in the dishwasher. It was large and versatile, blending and processing in one unit. It blew up and I have not been able to contact service to see if a replacement motor is available.

OK – All the attachments are usefull in the food processer it is great for preparing large amount of coleslaw and other salads - if you have a big family or prepare large amounts of food at times it is a great item. It involves a lot of washing up so I rarely use it and only get it out for Christmas dinner and when I have to make a big batch of… Read more

something for a function. For the money I would try another brand next time. Does its job as a blender and food processer well. The plastic food processer bowl cracked the second time I put it in the dishwasher. The security locking feature is annoying, I had to call the head office for assistance when I first bought it as I couldnt figure it out despite reading the instructions.

Moulinex Odacio 3 – I've had this for 5 or six years, using an average of twice a week, mostly biscuit doughs and blender drinks but I have used all the attachments. Decent blender, decent processor, long lasting. The double latching is fiddly but if I had kids I would like it, you can't turn it on unless it is closed. The vegetable juicing attachment is slow and… Read more

must be cleared frequently, not worth the trouble, don't buy it for that.

If you want a blender/processor combination this one is pretty good. Sturdy motor, small footprint on the counter, nice blade storage within bowl, lots of attachments fiddly locking system,

OK – It does the job every though it is a little noisy. Much better value than comparable machines. if you have a baby, the grinder is fantastic. Lots of bits and pieces - so you can do most things. Like the seperate blender. Reasonably priced. Love the grinder unit - use it to puree baby's food which makes cleaning up very easy. Bit noisy when in… Read more

operation. All bits and pieces do not fit in the unit for storage - and no provision for storage outside the unit. there are curves on the unit which make cleaning difficult. The only way to properly clean the grinder unit is by dishwater - impossible to hand clean the bottom of unit. Does not come with emulsifier - and this little plastic bit costs over $20 which is 10% of the cost of hte whole unit.
