Sony STRDA3000ES

Good – A great unit, but extremely heavy, so dont go putting it on the top shelf of a glass cabinet (Yes mine cracked, but I had more than the amp on it). The output is crystal clear, but it can take a little work getting your speaker placement just right. I found the remote that I got really finicky, and I ended up having to get it replaced. The new remote worked fine.

I ended up putting this in the bedroom and replacing it with a less powerful, but easier to use Pioneer unit as the wife found the Sony confusing for some of the less-used features (I found it fine tho) Design is very simplistic and fits well with most gear, powerful amp, but extremely low distorion While the unit is large, the front screen is smaller than I's like, making it hard to see at a distance.
