It has a few song options in terms of music, rainforest sounds and you can set them to continually play or play when the child knocks the frame.

Several different toys for the, to interact with. We even pulled a few off to take on a plane flight as on their own they aren't noisy but still good for buns to play with

great. My son loves playing with all of the toys and you have the option of hanging more of your own toys on it as well.

My son is now 9.5 months old and still loves to play under it and relax under the gym and spin his little elephant or bird toy. He has also taken to favouring the toucan plush and we carry that around with us when we are out and about because it is small enough to fit in his hands and it makes jingles inside.

If you move the gym around too much, it can become a bit frail so I would recommend leaving it in one spot. I noticed that the giraffe is on an angle now and I keep having to straighten it up. Great music and lights, lots of toys, colourful Fragile

I think the colours & little animal characters in the rainforest series are just gorgeous and I also have the mobile in this series which I love. Its a lovely bright gender neutral playgym. song/light box for tummy time which is FANTASTIC. Also no inclusion in this gym of a tummy time support prop which is disappointing. Overall a better than average design but a cheaper gym with detachable music box and loops would serve just as well.

Best investment – From a month old this mat was a life saver. Our baby hated to be put down but he would happily lie on this play gym and watch the lights and listen to the music. Tummy time on it was great. Other babies would visit and make a beeline for it. Our baby is now 6 months and he still loves it but now he can reach and grab all the toys. Thank you Fisher Price!

for Nanna's house when we were in Sydney. I found the mat a little big to have set up all the time, it lived in the play room where the Fisher-Price Rainforest 1-2-3 Musical Gym lived in the lounge room and I found much better for everyday use.

The mat was really easy to take off and throw in the washing machine too. It would be nice if the cross bars stood up properly but it does fold away easily. I loved the colours, all the accessories and how easy it was to add more or change them. For us was a little big for every day use.

is easy to clean and has a few different textures on it. The arms actually stay up compared to some mats that always fall down. To transport pull down and twist the arms together.

Rainforest for my baby! – It is really a fantastic playing mat that we purchased for our baby. I can really see to her that she enjoyed playing on with the animals, listening on with the music and sound. At some point, she tries to reach them but couldn't. were a bit surprised at the amount of big batteries it needed, but these have lasted for three months now and it's still going strong (we use it a few times every day!) so it's not so bad. Best money I have ever spent! – My daughter loves this gym! There are so many things to tug, pull and rattle. The music is very chirpy and in a little bit of a darker room the flashing lights get bubs attention. Its a great way to spend some time without baby in arms. My little girl is learning to roll and crawl on this mat. You can move around all the toys giving her a different challenge everytime. So entertaining for bubs. Not cheap but the same price as other gyms.

There are plenty of loops both on the overhead arms & on the mat edges to attach toys to so no matter where bub looks there is always something new to catch their attention.

Our baby loves being able to lie on his back & pull at the hanging toys & pushing against an arm with his feet at the same time. We almost always have it on the setting where he is the one to activate the lights & music by moving things, really the only time it is not on this setting is when I'll pop it over to the rainforest sounds after the music has been playing for too long & I need to hear something different.

Really the only negative that I can find with this item, if you could call it that, is that the overhead leaves are stationery rather than moving up & down - but I only think of this as we also have the cot mobile from the same series. The cost can seem a little high, but I shopped around for a while & managed to get ours considerably cheaper from an online seller.

I cannot recommend this play mat highly enough. I really think it is one of our best purchases. Looks great. Plenty of toys. Batteries seem to last ages. Kick/pull to activate function keeps bub interested. Seemed a little expensive, but worth it! Leaves don't move like the cot mobile does.

are also 3 settings for the melodies. The hanging toys that are supplied are sufficient however they are easy to remove and to replace with other toys should you wish to mix it up a bit for baby. There's also a fabric ring on the side of the mat so you can clip a toy there for bub to encourage side rolling and to amuse them during tummy play. The mat can be thrown in the washing machine every now and then to keep it fresh and clean. Many toys, lights and textures to stimulate baby. Good size mat for a big baby.

is very cute, comfy and interesting for baby and great for both girls or boys. It can also be washed and disassembled easily for storage. Can be expensive but you can wait for it to go on sale or get it second hand however if you do buy it new you still wont be sorry.

becomes a bit repetitive to me but she loves it and the bright lights are great for her focus. Would love it if the butterflys spun around this would be a bonus. It's great for tummy time as well because there are alot if colours to look at as well as crinkly leaves and the zebras tail sticks up so gives something to play with. Excellent – A good investment for babies, better than others I have seen. Both my children thoroughly enjoyed time spent in this playgym and it is still in very good condition after all the wear and tear. The music is not annoying on this playgym and I could happily listen to it for quite a while (unlike a lot of other music played by baby toys). small babies with flashing lights, toys, music and jungle sounds, also has a volume switch. It has a feature that switches off the sound and lights after a period of time which is great because I often forget to switch it off and this feature seems to save batteries. would have liked much better where you can take off the music part and attach it to the cot and take the other toys off for travel. You can remove the toys on the FP one and hang them off the pram or car seat or whatever but I like the idea of a removable music part which you cannot do with the FP one.

Overall not a bad gym but there are better ones available. I loved the jungle theme of the gym and the music and the lights (and so does baby of course). It also has rainforest sounds and a volume switch which is important in musical toys. The mat is machine washable and dries very quickly. It is bulky and takes up a bit of space and not really easy to store. The music can get annoying as it is quite repetitive. One of the dangling butterflies came off and had to be sewn back on. Some of the toys can hang too low when you change them around. It was a little expensive even though it was on special.
