Terrible – Do not get sucked in by the excellent deal they offer ... the overall product is crap and isn't even Australian!!! Not even the Wizard branches deal with the credit cards ... Excellent deal re fees and charges Non existence of customer service. No joke, non existence. Indian call centre - do I need to say more? Personally, my a/c has been blocked as I haven't filled out the ID form (which I didn't receive in the first place) and I've been told that the form has been sent out 4 times since I got my card. Never received. Was told by "Sharon" (very indian name) that my neighbour must be stealing my mail!!!! You can't access the form online and they can't fax to me. They don't care and aren't bending over backwards to help and get me spending! Instead I'm cancelling my account and going elsewhere ....
