Maximum Durability! – I've had these speakers since I was very young, I am turning 23 years old this October and these speakers have proven to be very durable and reliable, however it does sort of make a "pop" or "crackle" noise when you turn the computer off, but that is the only problem I had with these speakers. Great sound quality, Few problems – I bought these speakers second hand for $20 and so far they have been great. The only problems i have with them is that the speakers sometimes make a loud popping sound when lights are turned on or off, or when other electrical appliances are being turned on. other than that, they're great speakers and i would definitely recommend them. Surrounded by sound – Being one who enjoys a cinematic experience I bouhgt the logitech X-530's for it's surround sound and these speakers achieve surround sound even when the souce can't. Great for PC and can be used with TV, PS3, XBOX, ect with extra connection. Best to buy when on sale. Go easy on the volume as I managed to blow the centre speaker.

it had a remote as I use it as a speaker system for a spare TV, in it's set up it only works 2 channel, yes I can rig the cabling to get all speakers working.

nice and is not obstrusive around your computer. The speakers are a compact size and give a maximum output. Easy to use and control. Because there are so many parts to the system there is quite a bit of cable.

noise in subwoofer when turned up high, very loud for a great price. Does the job well. In this speaker system the coreds to the speakers are not very long which may cause problems in larger rooms but works fine for my bedroom!

I eventually hooked the unit up using the included console adapter to my 360. It is a shame there is no digital input as you can only get dolby surround with the adapter. Good sound

The Subwoofer lacks power, but in a small confined area like a bedroom, it packs plenty unless you're a hardcore bass addict.

- speakers can be mounted on the wall - They've been known to pick up radio signals somehow, however i have not heard any in a long time (3months).

- When you turn off electrical appliances or lights, the speakers may produce a crackling noise for a second but it is not enough to bug you and does not happen everytime.

experience for that kind of price you paying. In terms of playing games, great sound experience especially for actions, shooting, warcraft kind of games.

For movies, it is good enough but it could be better as the audio for conversation is abit lack. I hardly hear the conversation in the movie and turn up the volume but when comes to action part, it would be too loud. Seems like the surround, background, musics of the movie are being presented perfectly but just lack in conversation.

OK – Overall these speakers are great for watching movies on DVD player with speakers connected. The bass sound isn't great but still OK. I picked this up at Officeworks for $99 (AUD) couple of years ago. great sound, cheap and nice design. volume control on right speaker only and no seperate volume control unit like X-540.

quality sound. Personally I own a set of these and I have had no problems with them yet and they still provide great sound. The only con that I can think of about these speakers is that they do take up a bit of room and for their full effect they need to be spread out.
