Pros: Prints large volumes, can use multiple paper trays for different sized paper.

Cons: Maintenance issues, paper jams often, toner changes are troublesome.

Overall: We have used this printer at work for almost two years and during that time it's worked efficiently and printed a large volume of paperwork for us. However, it has given us some grief. Paper jams are often, especially if you put too much paper in the drawers (we have an additional three paper trays). The rollers have also worn down so they do not feed the paper through as efficiently and we have not been able to get them replaced. Despite this, when there is a paper jam, the display screen gives pretty good instructions to remove the paper jam. Changing the toner cartridge over is easy enough, but after changing the cartridge, we find that it takes a while (and lots of printing) before the printed material has any ink materialise on it. The toner ink is prone to getting everywhere and we've been left with black fingers for the rest of the day. Other than these issues, overall the printer has worked well for us but it can get very frustrating on the days where there are paper jams every few minutes.
