Excellent – I have used it to cut steel up to 3mm, aluminium screen doors and timber from 3mm to 30mm - all with ease once you get the speed and oscillation right (along with the right blade) Variable speed and oscillation makes it easy to dial in exactly what you want. Removable plastic base plate for delicate materials LED over blade makes it easier to see cut in poor light
