Cons:
2 switches failed in less than 12 months. Trying to obtain an RMA is like pulling teeth, be prepared to waste an hour to get to the RMA, then waste more time filling the form out with the same information recorded in obtaining the Case ID No. Procedures are for the guidance of wise men and the blind obediance of fools. Linksys should review their "Alice in Wonderland" procedures and develop a user friendly questionaire to describe the fault on their website that would generate the RMA. The faulty item should be then sent to a national centre for prommpt replacement and not back to individual resellers
Overall:
The overall quality is poor for an expensive product that claims to be for business use.
The RMA procedure appears to be one of attrition in that the person attempting to make a claim surrenders before completing the procedure thereby skewing the reliabilty figures

Pros: Good quality and performance.
Cons: Expensive and Noisy!!!!
Overall: I’d love to recommend this product only if I didn’t find out that the switch sound is like a vacuum cleaner that is really annoying. The price will also make you think twice. Find something better elsewhere.
