Good – This camera features a much larger optical zoom than most of its competitors, and for anyone who's done anythign with digital photography, you know that it's the optical zoom, not digital, that makes a camera. While other companies proudly proclaim their 400x optical zooms, the fact remains that the more you zoom in, the lower the quality of your output video.

This camera doesn't sport a lot of features, but it doesn't need them. I has all that you need for home applications bar one: night vision.

I know it doesn't sound like somthing you really need, but if you start making home movies, there are times when you wish you had it.

A good all-round camera. Large optical zoom.

Easy use. No night-shot.
