Saeco Rubino 200 – We have had nothing but problems with this machine and oddly enough, the problems started right after the warranty was up! From Mother board dying, to water pump, flow meter you name it we've had it! Biggest waste of money ever. Won't reflect very well with Saeco as all our customers look at the brand every time they come in and it's out of order. First thing they say is "Well, I know what brand NOT to buy now!". Very annoyed.

Hello, Thanks for letting us know about this. It's definitely a pity to hear what happened to your Saeco just after the warranty, we appreciate that this is definitely an unfortunate position.

If you'd like to opt for a reparation, please consult the following website underneath the commercial/vending column to find a service centre near you. external link

Kind regards, The Philips Australia Team

Terrible – Bad: This machine is OK for coffee vending if you absolutely have to have a cup dispenser. If you can place cups next to the machine there are much simpler and better coffee machines available. The cups will get stuck. I've had to wait up to 2 months to get spare parts for this machine so don't get it if you need it working all the time. It has a lot of corners to clean which is also tricky.

Good: The coffee it makes is very good for a vending machine. It allows you to put milk first/second to get the right colour drink. The button set up is flexible allowing you to make the drink selections exactly what you want.

Overall: make sure you have to have cup dispensing otherwise shop around for a better product. Beans are visible, makes good espresso. Cups get stuck, difficult to use your own cup, hard to clean, slow to get repairs and spares.
