Highly Recommended – I have purchased the new Lola & Ben 4 seasons sleeping bag design after having used the original design for my child who is now 18 months of age. I thought the original design was great, but the new design is brilliant with the liner now zipped into the sleeping bag and solid domes on the shoulder straps which are adjustable. The 2 way zip on the… Read more

front of the sleeping bag to allow access to baby while they are asleep is more sturdy and the seat belt slot is an added bonus which makes the sleeping bag even more versatile and user friendly. The zips are cleverly tucked away within the fabric so they cannot poke your baby. The natural fabric is lovely, easy to clean and fast drying. As your baby grows and moves around more while they sleep, the sleeping bag allows them to move without any restriction and keeps them covered, so no need to worry about blankets staying on them during the night. The length in the new design is also slightly longer, my child will be able to use the sleeping bag well beyond 2 years of age. Also, when the weather gets warmer I take the liner out of the sleeping bag and just use the sleeping bag itself to keep baby covered, just perfect for the NZ climate. Such a great baby product which I highly recommend to any parent when given the chance.

My must have baby product – I have recently purchased my 2nd Lola & Ben 4 seasons sleeping bag. I loved the original so much that I grabbed another one when they launched the new design. The quality is supurb and I know I will get years of use from them so its definitely well worth the investment and very handy having two. The new features are great. The liners zip in now,… Read more

so no more little legs slipping between layers and keeps it extra warm. I am using the 'iam snug' liner with the new one and its divine. Such piece of mind that he is warm, snug and comfortable all night long no matter where he ends up in his cot! The new one has a seat belt slot too, which I am loving. I didn't know we needed one until we had it! Its even great for strapping him in his bouncinette on cool mornings and leave him snug in his sleeping bag.

Honestly I can't rave about these bags enough. I love them, my baby loves them. Definitely my favourite baby must have for quality, comfort and piece of mind. I also like to support local business so thats an added bonus. Quality, comfort, warmth

Love this versatile bag! – I can't rave about this sleeping bag enough. They're so well made and I love the company's commitment to ethically make them. They're made in NZ and I got free shipping. They're super soft, love the natural fibres, especially for sleeping. They last really well as you can separate the layers for washing. We're about to use ours on our second child. Good price, excellent quality, ethically made, merino and organic cotton

Excellent – with all the sleeping choice available we like this one the best, because it is 100% natural, can adapt to each season, nz made, and well designed, my bub loves it. Great as I don't have to buy a sleeping bag for each temperature, this does it all. I like the pure natural fibres, we won't dress our kids in polyester as it gets too sweaty, my bub… Read more

Excellent – Overall this a great product. Its so great to buy something that is such good quality that you can use it through all your children. Lola and Ben sleeping bags are so well deigned and beautifully made. I love that they are made by people earning a genuine living wage unlike cheaper alternatives. Being able to change the linings to suit the… Read more

climate makes them very versatile and great value for money. This also menas that you can wash the merino separately making it last much longer. There hasn't been an aspect of this product that has fallen below my expectations.

One bag for all seasons - Love it! – I love how easy it is to go from a light hot summer night bag to something warmer if the weather gets a bit cold without the baby having to get used to a different bag look & feel. My daughter is beautifully snug in her bag on a cool night whilst wearing only a long coverall while other mums I know are really concerned that their babies are too… Read more

cold in other known brand bags and they just can't seem to get the clothing / bag combination right. I feel very confident that the wool inner is doing a wonderful job in working with baby's body temp.

I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as so well made as it is! (yes, even for the price I was skeptical!) The quality of the fabrics is great - lovely & soft - and both the cotton bag and wool inserts wash beautifully time & time again (and dry really quickly too which is a bonus when you're only using the one bag). The zips work well - no problems there and all the press studs to put the inner liners in match perfectly, no ill-fitting bag issues at all.

I wish I had done my research into baby sleeping bags before buying a couple of other options. Whilst I have them in the cupboard - I never use them now. If my Lola & Ben needs a wash, it's washed, dried and put back in the cot before the next sleep. I was really looking for a sleeping bag with natural fabrics and I'm so glad I chose this bag! Quality of the fabrics is wonderful. The colour choices are great too - I bought the natural (with sheep) with blush insert for my little girl and it's a lovely feminine colour without being too "pink"! At first I thought they were a little expensive and it did make me hesitate on the purchase; however given there's 3 bags in 1 and so far, I've used mine with all 3 options - it's money very well spent and I wish I had bought it earlier.

Little feet get everywhere – I liked the idea of being able to have the different liner weights but my daughter always gets her legs down between the two layers. I thought at first this was because she was too small for the bag but have tried again months later and it still happens. The domes are not strong enough to hold the layers together, popping apart very easily and… Read more

making room for little legs to get into a tangle. During the night, when she wakes I'm always wondering if it's her legs stuck, or cold feet. Disappointing in a product that otherwise seems really good. Fabric, weight weak domes make it unusable.

Love this sleeping bag! – Previously I was using another leading brand of sleeping bag but was annoyed that I had buy different sizes and TOG ratings. I love that the Lola and Ben sleeping bag is all in one! Love it so much we are now purchasing our second one!! Easy to use, washes and dries well, can use for 2yrs Bottom of zip a bit fiddly

Must have sleeping bag – Very snug sleeping bag. I am using the thicker liner for my little one in winter in Perth. I also layer her up in sleepsuits for bed so not sure how things would go temperature wise in NZ. Reliable service, excellent turnaround time for purchasing online in Aus. Love the organic material, merino and cute design. Costly but worth it. Zipper needs… Read more

improvement though, comes right undone at the bottom, unlike grobags which are always joined. Warm, reliable, organic, merino Zipper! Cannot do up in dull lighting!

Organic and not bulky – I am in Australia and found ordering the sleeping bag easy. I received an email shortly after my purchase stating that it had been taken to the post office and would be sent to me after the Easter break. I then did not receive my sleeping bag and so wrote off to the company who responded straight away stating that if it had not arrived by next… Read more

business day to contact them again. I did this when it still had not arrived and the company got back to me straight away again stating that they would organise to send me out another one ASAP. So I thought I would just check that it had not been taken to the local post office and guess what it was at the local post office and had been for 8 days, they had just forgotten to tell me. I wrote back to the company thanking them for all their help and they wrote back saying no problem. So I have to say I was extremely impressed by the company's customer service. It was flawless. Looks good, made well, arm holes button up to small or can be made large, great tough zipper, organic cotton sleeping bag, not bulky, great company customer service It is costly but lasts for two years, so comapred to other organic sleeping bags that you have to buy a new one every three months it it cheap. The 300gm interchangeable liner is for temperatures below 18 degrees but I am not sure how much below 18 degrees it caters to. Should I be wrapping baby in an extra blanket when it drops to 14 degrees or less? The shoulder piece that goes over my baby's shoulder is a little to short and sits right near her chin so every time she looks to the side it gets in her way. I would like to see that piece that fastens down a little longer.

The perfect sleeping bag - thanks Lola and Ben! – I wanted to have one sleeping bag that does all the seasons. It is expensive initially but now I only have to have one bag so it is cheaper than buying 3 different weight ones. The quality is excellent and Lola and Ben are very helpful, so I'm sure the customer service if anything went wrong would be great. My son loves his sleeping bag and… Read more

sleeps really well in it. He kicks the covers off but in the sleeping bag I know he will stay warm.

It is also really easy to wash and the liner drys fairly quickly. One bag for all the seasons. It is very easy to interchange the lining or use no lining at all. Some days (especially leading into Autumn when the weather changes alot) I will have the lighter lining in the morning, no lining at all in the afternoon, then the thickest lining for the night. Nothing...love it!

Love this bag – Great bag, really practical and useful. Love that I basically got 2 bags in one. I am constantly changing between having the lining in or out, so am definitely using all the features. Love the all natural fabrics and quality of stitching etc. Although does make it a bit difficult to wash as I am constantly using it! The merino dries quickly… Read more

though, and the cotton layer can go in the dryer, so its not too bad. My baby adjusted into this sleeping bag really well from a different sleeping bag which covered her arms so I was really pleased. She also doesn't get hot and sweaty like she did in the flannelette ones I was using before. Pretty much everything. Colours and designs are nice as well, and not just pink or blue. A little bit expensive, although they do sometimes have clearance stock / sales on their website. I would prefer the lining on the outside as sometimes I want to add / remove the lining while she is asleep and it would be easier if it was on the outside instead of the inside!

sleeper so the zip suits perfectly. Found this bag when my lil guy had turned one and as he's quite tall for his age & was growing out of his other bags. This bag is a great length and nice and slimline.

I love that I can decide to take out the liner on a warm night and pop it back in the next when it gets a bit chiller. aahhhh - nothing! Wish I'd discovered these bags earlier before going through a few other expensive options...only to be disappointed!

Excellent – I am extremely impressed with the sleeping bag and liner. It is such a well made, well thought out design made from fantastic quality, gorgeous natural fabrics. Excellent – The Lola & Ben bags are very well made, the materials are very high quality, and the design is very clever. Last but not least, they just look so cute on the little ones! extra snap closures in the arm holes make it adjustable to smaller babies. The fabrics are beautiful and soft. It's great that there are so many unisex designs to choose from - not just the standard blue or pink. And we love that we can adjust the way we use the bag for different temperatures; cotton liner only, cotton liner with thin merino layer, cotton liner with thick merino liner. This is great when moving from one season to the next, but it's also great when you're traveling since you can't always predict how warm or cold it is in hotels and in other peoples' homes.

Excellent – A fantastic sleeping bag with thoughtful design and gorgeous fabrics. I wish we bought this sooner, and would heartily recommend it to all our friends. sleeping bag), which seems much wider and bulkier. Our 6 month old has slept really well in the Lola & Ben bag - yipee! No cons whatsoever about the bag, but it'd be great if the Lola & Ben logo was updated or refreshed to match the look and style of the bag - ie the fabric colours and bag design are beautiful, simple and stylish, but the logo seems quite mismatched.

Excellent – It is a just such a great sleeping bag and my little boy loves it.he associates sleep with the sleeping bag and pulls it out of his cot when he is tired. Well...were do I start. I love that I can take the merino liner out and use the sleeping bag for the summer too. No more having to buy 2-3 sleeping bags, this is an all in one for every season. I love the feel of the merino rather than the synthetic materials used in other sleeping bags.

Excellent – Fantastic Product that helps my little man sleep well at night which makes me a very happy and rested mum. So compact, light, great for camping, perfect now my little man is moving so much i don't have to worry about him being too hot or cold at night. I would have liked a darker colour for the outer material.
