Pros: NOTHING AT ALL

Cons: Dishonest/ unfair, unfriedly service. MSY doesn't have what a computer retailer takes.(AUBURN) They have fake products, no email phone reply and they seem cheap but in the end, they are just all a heap of forge. NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE MUST NOT SHOP HERE. If you want to buy a computer, go to JbHiFi at Parramatta Westfield - they have the BEST value for computers. Especially desktops. MSY has no stock and all the products that I have bought are all fake and didn't work. The system price list online was all counterfeit and did not match the actual product.

Overall: MSY is the world's worst shop. If you are considering to buy a computer at MSY, rethink your decision because they do not match the online system price list. If I can vote a negative vote i would CERTAINLY do that. I bought an ASUS P7P55-LX DDR3 Computer at MSY, and what I received was a blank cardboard box with a messily handwritten words. After 2 days of use, the system completely shut down and I realized the CPU was a core i3-530 instead of i5-670. I came back to AUBURN MSY and they said I needed to give them the receipt. I gave it then after literally 30 minutes, the gloomy assistant told me to call the manufacturer when there was no brand on the computer. I was completely stoked and after explaining to the assistant, he just told me to "RACK OFF". DO NOT BUY AT MSY (AUBURN) and the cheap prices end up in loss of thousands of dollars if you buy a computer there. I recommend to buy at JBHIFI. I bought an HP Pavilion Desktop Package at JBHIFI and it is a million times better than MSY products. I REALLY WANT TO CRY OUT TO THE WORLD TO NOT BUY FROM MSY OR THERE'S A 100% GUARANTEE THAT YOU'LL BE SORRY.

Overall: Good price, cheap stuff, good customer service especially at the Pasco vale / Box Hill braches. Give them a call before you go to make sure they have the stuff

Pros: I like this MSY shop, cheap price.

Cons: Waiting too long in a long queue in MSY shop in Slackgreek

Overall: Yes, In my general opinion I like this shop because it sells with cheap price compare to other shop in Queensland. I usually check this shop before I am going to buy anthing such as I have a plan going to buy external hard disks, firstly I am going to check with this shop in Slackscreek and I happy with the price of Imation 2.5” 320G / 500G 79 / 99. I know I am going to buy it in this shop.
