Overall:
Called on the Monday before the Australia Day public holiday to make sure they would be open. When they finally picked up the phone, I asked if they were open. They guys on the side of the phone says "Well I picked up the phone, didn't I?"
Pros:
Cheap prices, in and out (if there is no line, very rare), no fuss,
Cons:
They don't answer phone calls, long lines, run out of some stock, lack of staff,
Overall:
This is a shop for those who KNOWS what they want. Its best to keep a price list with you and show them what you want. If you want an opinion or recommendation, forget it go somewhere else. Their reply to you are usually along the lines of "its upto you". Don't expect them to take your hand and walk you through building up a computer, go somewhere else. Again know what you want. The prices are cheap on most parts but not all, do your homework before going to avoid going back and line up again. Haven't dealt with their warranty so can't comment.
Cons:
long time spent waiting, never answer phones, completely unhelpful staff, half the things on their price list aren't available in store
Overall:
A walk in walk out experience, you feel very poorly treated and would only buy from them to save money, they are truly a business only interested in the size of their pocketbook and not the happiness of their customers.
