Refuse to pay out until ACA ran a story on them. Disgusting.

Perfect Service – I've never had such great service, I have been dealing with Janette at the Brisbane office and she was nothing short of fantastic, she was very very helpful and offered extremely professional service.

Great at paying Claims – We were recommended WFI Insurance by a friend. They are not the cheapest, however when we have had to claim, which was twice, the have paid both claims without any fuss at all. Service is also fantastic.
