LG just keep saying I’ll get someone to call you back but they never do. LG has the worst warranty service or lack there of, we have expected. It is rediculous that a fridge of this price point has such poor customer service and little to no warranty service. A9N-MULTIVery unsatisfactory after-sale service and defective LG vacuum cleaner attachmentLG A9N-MULTI Red 2 x Battery vacuum cleaner purchased at Harvey Norman in July 2023 for $764.00. The vacuum cleaner has a 24 month warranty. After only a few uses the small combination brush and hard nozzle attachment malfunc... Read moretioned as the brush section of the attachment failed to lock into place and constantly retracted during vacuuming. I phoned LG to request a replacement attachment. I had already registered the vacuum cleaner warranty online in the LG website. When phoning LG, there is only an obscure recorded message which advises customers to leave a phone number for a return call. When I finally received a phone call from LG, I found that the customer service provided was substandard being ill-mannered, argumentative and berating. I was required to take photographs of both the front and back of the faulty attachment, the Harvey Norman sales receipt and the product label in the interior of the vacuum cleaner and to download and email the photos to LG. I subsequently received an email from LG advising receipt of my complaint, after which I heard no further. After patiently waiting 4 weeks, I sent an email to LG asking when the faulty attachment would be replaced and received no response. Therefore, I telephoned LG and after 30 minutes in which I was constantly put on hold, I was told that LG could not provide a replacement attachment and that I would have to return the faulty vacuum part to Harvey Norman and that the retailer would need to contact LG on my behalf in order to obtain a replacement attachment. If this is LG's standard required process/procedure for replacing a faulty LG vacuum cleaner and/or attachments, then customers should be advised of this from the outset and not subjected to wasting hours of time taking, uploading and emailing photographs and documents to LG when the company clearly has no intention of assisting. I will not purchase any further products manufactured by LG as I consider the purported after-sale "customer care" to be defective as was the vacuum cleaner. If customers pay close to $800 for a vacuum cleaner, it is not unrealistic to expect attachments to be sturdy enough to last for more than a few uses. I would not recommend LG products to others.

Most fridge draws allow you to pull them open from the top of the draw. The second issue is the bottom draw in the freezer side. The short glass that fits over the top of it is so loose. It pulls easily off and even worse, when the bottom draw is opened, it easily comes off. This makes it dangerous and readily breakable. This glass does not even fit snuggly with the contours of the fridge. I have never seen such an ill fitting glass top even on cheaper fridges. The bottom draw does not open and close smoothly either and they have not been put in incorrectly as there is only one way they can be put in. On the fridge side there is one shelf that can be adjusted to a different shelf height. We noticed that the more expensive fridges use this spot to put in a metal shelf to hold bottles. On the LG website, we do not have the option to buy this extra shelf.

UPDATE! LG sorted it for us! There was a faulty roller wheel/bearing assembly which has been replaced now.
The only frustrating sticking point now is. For the life of this dryer, drying sheets and doona covets has been the absolute worst too, I have never in my life had any dryer turn a few sheets into massive balls which DO NOT DRY properly. I have to remove and place them back in many times for them to dry, well almost dry fully.
There appears to be a suggestion on some sites that the dryer has a reverse spin feature which I have not found on ours. It spins the same direction for the whole drying cycle which is where the balls of sheets or doona come from.

WV9-1412WVery DisappointedAfter having endless trouble with a large top loader I went back to front loaders and purchased this one. I made a mistake in choosing this particular machine, unfortunately, as we have had endless trouble with it. The first ... Read morerepairer who came to fix it (thankfully under warranty) commented that he had seen other machines with the same problem. During manufacturing, the machining of parts sometimes is not as finely tuned as it should be, which results in the drum not always rotating evenly. This appears to be what happened with ours as it has often jumped and banged around inside with even a small load. It gets so bad at times that it has to sit for a moment, to rebalance itself I suppose, before continuing in the cycle. As a result of this, the time of the load can increase greatly to the extent that with a heavy load (and remember this machine is rated to be able to handle 12 kg of washing) the time can increase by over an hour on the cotton cycle. This is extremely annoying as my days are very busy and I cannot afford to be waiting on a load of washing that should have finished an hour or more ago. I wash a variety of items including our king-sized quilt, greasy work clothes, delicates, towels, and ordinary washing items. The problem occurs randomly in any of the cycles. I have tried liquid and powder detergent. I have drastically reduced the amount of detergent to prevent sudsing to the point that my washing does not smell clean. Nothing helps and when I finally got so frustrated that I sent 2 short videos of the machine misbehaving to our repair company, they replied that as they had come twice and already replaced many parts, they felt I should try getting it replaced under warranty. This I intend to do when businesses open again after the Christmas break. I understand that my particular machine may be an isolated problem, however, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone else buy one like this.

2. Despite having installed anti-water hammer valves on the taps, the machine still causes noisy water hammer in the house water pipes.
3. Despite the manual including instructions for a tub clean cycle, the instructions are either wrong, or this model doesn't have a tub clean cycle.
4. The LG customer enquiry personnel appear to be professionally trained to fob off questions. They appear to know very little, if anything, about their products.
5. All wash cycles are pre-set. You cannot change temperature or spin rpm.
6. Information published on the Internet by LG for this model is either out of date or just plain wrong. They even have a website form that you fill in, but then cannot submit due to "system error".
7. LG complaints management is just that - management. It's not about solving problems.

Further, after experiencing LG "customer service", I will never again purchase an LG product, and my recommendation is that you don't either.

While we do have air conditioning in a nearby lounge room, the cooling effects from this AC's does not contribute to cooling into kitchen/dining room area.
I really liked the features of this LG unit, the fact that it has a 5 star energy rating and built in WiFi. Compared to the older AC units we have, this one is far more efficient because of the newer heat pump technology it employs. Also the Wifi feature means that we can control the AC when we are out and about via our mobile phones and if needed, we switch it on a half and hour before we get back home.
It has been installed for more than a month now and we've needed it on some days for both cooling and heating, due to the variable spring weather we have in Melbourne. You know what they say, "If you don't like the weather in Melbourne, wait 10 minutes". It has worked flawlessly and quietly in providing the much needed comfort to our kitchen/dining room area.
The only issue we had was with the initial WiFi setup, which was more complex and it took longer than anticipated to connect it up. However there's been no issues with it remaining connected and we can control it via mobile phone or voice command (via Google). Should have listened to the installers who offered to connect it to our WiFi on the day of the install.
Even though the unit is rated at 3.5kw, it saves power by continually adjusting the heating and cooling power requirements via the Smart Inverter. So it only consumes the power it needs for it to reach the temperature that you have set. Unlike older AC's that run on full power continuously until they reach set temperature and then shut off the compressor.
