Have contacted Adore three times and each time get their "spiel"! I have contacted my bank to start dispute with Adore. I will never order from them again. In my opinion, this is dubious business practice from Adore. Their subscribe and save is not transparent and customers unknowingly subscribe to this. Nowhere on my original order does it say that it will a recurring order every 6 weeks.

You’ll have to wait for them to order it in (arriving maybe sometime)... The owner could not care less about misleading people.

When contacting them to ask the status of my order, as 3 weeks had passe... Read mored, I was given a tracking number to contact their courier directly (is this my responsibility?) I contacted the courier who advised I would have to contact Cosme De as they could not advise that status of the transit (which differed to the courier's website that stated it was waiting in the Hong Kong hub for 10 days). I am now in a perpetual loop, no response has been received from v to my previous email, I'm $120 down, wasted a lot of time and no product. As they are a retailer of goods they should at least be able to ensure they arrive at the purchasers premises. Be careful

Hi, please see below for clarification of the facts of this review. Upon checking with our warehouse team, we can confirm all items were packed and dispatched. The customer ordered 2 D'alba white truf... Read more
fle spray and we can see both the scans and packing camera shows packing and dispatching of both units. One unit of this item weighs around 182 grams. We also checked with Australia Post to see the weight scanned for this parcel at their facilities and they confirmed the weight scanned from the parcel was 450 grams (2 units of d'alba here would 364 grams and the remaining ~86 grams would be from the parcel box packaging, samples and bubble wrap). If the parcel only contained 1 unit then Australia Post's facility would have only recorded this around 260-270 grams here which clearly was not the case). The customer also placed another order under a separate email and name for 2 units of Anua peach serum (they used the same shipping address here). They also then emailed from this separate email with the same 'supposed' scenario of ordering 2 units and only receiving 1. The customer also advised that even Myers sent replacement for this situation for them so it appears that this situation 'happens' quite often with this specific customer here. As we did not send a replacement for the customer since all items were confirmed dispatched, they have opted to leave a negative review here. After e-mailing back and forth several times with customer service seemingly not understanding the problem they agreed my December box would be free to compensate.
Half way through December I emailed to see if this had been processed. They advised it had and not to worry. 2 minutes later I received an email that my subscription had been renewed and I had been charged again. After e-mailing 3 times following this to attempt to rectify the situation I have not received a response.
Poor communication, misleading marketing and robbery when they can charge your account whenever they feel like it without notice.
The products in the box themselves are average at best.
