seem to care and then eventually declined it saying that it was due to serviceability, fact is I already service a loan with the credit union and have done for 20 years. HAD ENOUGH and could not be bothered with these back yard operators. It takes 15-20 mins to get through and when they are utterly hopeless like this and you need to constantly ring them a lot of time is wasted.
