quality (made out of plastic, so it's not sturdy enough for heavy machine). Our handle has been broken, and we contacted customer service to get a spare part. We were offered to pay $275 for a plastic handle. The price of the new machine was $600 when we bought it. When we pointed out that the exact spare part is $40 in the USA and that it's cheaper for us to order the same part from there, we got a response that we can purchase a new machine "with a discount".

Rug Doctor is available for purchase and hire across Australia. It's unbelievable that they don't have proper customer service and this was really bad experience that completely minimised previous good experience with the product itself.
