Parcel tracking at 3.20pm still indicated the parcel was at the depot for processing. Medcart firstly sent an updated tracking record showing delivery tracking with it out for delivery at 8.57am and delivered 12.44pm, which is probably accurate but these updates were not reflected on the tracking records accessed online at 3.20pm. The tracking details appear to have been updated later, following my first communication to Medcart. It was left that Medcart "intend to address your (my) concern thoroughly and transparently" and I responded that I looked forward to hearing back how things go addressing the issue with the supplier and courier company. Almost 3 weeks later I have heard nothing further. Medcart's post sales service has, in my experience, been disappointing to say the least.

Disgusting serviceI bought a pair of masseur sandals & after trying them on in the shop they felt fine but when I got them home they weren’t ‘hugging’ my feet properly. Armed with my receipt & I only wore the shoes inside for all of a few hour... Read mores I took them back for a refund. The assistant tells me she can’t refund me all because of a ‘mark’ on the soles. The shoes otherwise were in perfect t condition as I only had them for a day. The manager outright refused to give me a refund on the grounds of this tiny ‘mark’. I told them that I have a right to a refund because the sandals are still in good condition & most importantly I have my receipt. Disgusting service & I will NEVER go back there again. The store was fine and shopping but the gift with spending $74 was not as describedI bought products to receive the fee gift pack however instead of one product there was a voucher and one they replaced the pictured products for that were moisturisers for body wash which is much cheaper. She then stated they had already scanned the Meds. After I refused to pay she stated I had asked for a specific brand which was more expensive. Now this chemist closes 4pm (AEST) time and there's now less than 3 hours b4 then to hopefully get something happening. The $180 odd order cost me a whole $68 same day guarantee delivery! I nearly died when I saw this. I cannot get myself or someone else to pickt his up without a car at this late hour and a taxi parcel pick up to here is guaranteed at $102!!! Also the Amcal website lists NO prices up front for any non pharmaceutical items, you have to click on each item and so forth. IT's the worst chemist/pharamacetical website I have ever come across.
