a replacement unit or adequate remedy. This is not a warranty issue or change of mind. This is a SAFETY RECALL with fault solely on the manufacturer, and hence proof of purchase is not required according to the Therapeutic Goods Administration. Regardless, whether the unit falls within the warranty period or not, this is not a warranty issue - it is a SAFETY RECALL!!! And for a product used primarily for sick infants and children. This is not good enough Eukybear! Very poor customer service and zero responsibility taken for providing unsafe products to consumers!

I thought it was great until the sound stopped working, this was replaced under warranty until the 2nd one sounds also stopped working too. Seems to be a common fault. Wouldn’t recommend. Show details

rooms and it really helps relieve symptoms and relax my kids and they get a better nights sleep. Its a must have
