Don’t purchase if you intend to keep your kitchen more than 5 years. Warranty was 7 years but only one panel delaminated, followed by 50% of them after 7. We meticulously looked after the product too
Been offered by Kinsman to buy all the new components as the warranty period is finished. Asked them if the product had been fixed and they said no, they’re still producing the same kitchen the same way.
Seems they just don’t learn from their mistakes. Definitely do not buy a Kinsman Kitchen

We are paying for the service from 2022 which is not functional. We initiated the process of Origin Solar Battery installation during mid-2021 and it took more than six months to install the battery. The LG battery (LG Chem RESU10 LV) was installed during early 2022 and from the first day of its installation it’s not fully functional.
Don't believe any of Origin advertisements. It is all fake and incorrect. The LG solar battery was installed with the purpose of storing excess solar energy and using it when it is required in the evening, instead of sending it to the grid. However, Origin controls the battery and uses stored energy in the battery and by the evening all stored solar energy goes to grid leaving no stored energy in the battery for night. The cost of the battery was over 7500$ and we paid that cost for no benefit. Despite having a 6KW solar system with a 10KW battery, we are paying on average of > 300$ per month for electricity for 3 persons along with 130$ for battery installments. Origin has an extremely poor after-sales service. During the last 2 years, we have contacted Origin several times to resolve the issue but with no success. If call Origin, they keep on hold for hours.
If you are interested in solar battery, please avoid Origin Solar.

Thank you for sending this email to confirm you correct email for correspondence.
Regarding cleaning job for 3/161 Loftus Street, I booked the job with [Name Removed] who took deposit payment over the phone. We agreed the time for this job would be at 8.30 this morning as no one is living at the property. I later received a text message from [Name Removed] – will be the job manager and that the cleaner [Name Removed] shall arrive between 8 and 10am. With some effort I managed to speak with [Name Removed] to clarify that the job would need to start at 8.30 as no one lived in the property and no one would be available to stay in an empty apartment for 2 hours waiting on the cleaner.
I opened the apartment at 8.30 this morning for the cleaner to access and at 8.48 the cleaner phoned me requesting to access the apartment. I instructed [Name Removed] that the apartment was left open for him to access. I then receive a call from BCIC at 9.44 requesting the balance of payment and this gentleman was impossible to understand along with the street noise in the background. I was informed then by another caller from BCIC that the job could not be started until payment was received. I agreed for payment to be taken from the card details provided to [Name Removed] in yesterday’s call when the booking was made. I went to check to see if [Name Removed] the cleaner had accessed the apartment ok and he had but he then went on to say there were only select areas he was to clean. I had agreed with [Name Removed] yesterday that it was a unit clean of a kitchen come living space, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
To note the apartment is in very clean condition and only required a final superficial clean for vacating the property. [Name Removed] the cleaner then informed me that he was not doing the carpets and had no idea who was. It was my understanding that the cleaning and carpets would require access of the one person/team. I then had to phone BCIC again and inquire when the carpet cleaners would be arriving. I had to leave the situation with agreement that [Name Removed] the cleaner would leave the unit open.
I am at a loss as to why a simple unit clean booking ended up so complex, why so many different individuals manning the one job, why an absolute obsession to demand full payment without the job even have started at the agreed time and I am still none the wiser when I will receive any confirmation of certificates to provide evidence that the unit has being professionally cleaned.
As a company, you cannot afford any more negative reviews https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/bcic-bond-cleaning but I will have no choice but to a.) revert to consumer protection https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/bcic-bond-cleaning and b.) leave a review that informs other potential customers what to expect from the service with BCIC. If the unit including the 2 small, carpeted areas are cleaned today to a high standard and the cleaning certificates are provided before 3pm today, I will reconsider.

t get the tv antenna working but did the tv mount on the wall but broke the TV - the side that he was lifting. There were many red flags he was doing- he tried to put the tv to balance between the couch and the coffee table (?) then face down on the kitchen island to which we said it would damage it so then he put it down, but of course you think he’s a professional who knows how to do the job (?) He was handling it so rough and his side was cracked. Then he proceeded to tell us it was cracked before he got it which is absolutely untrue as we bought the tv the day before and there was no cracks before he came in our door. Then he tells us just tell the people the tv came cracked - again untrue. Then he starts saying pay for half of the job and we said no, because the antenna is not working and our tv is broken. Then he looks at his colleague or son and he goes, this is why you don’t work with Indians. Umm not every brown person is Indian. The colleague says sorry but this guy was just horrible and then he’s like take him to court. So the aftermath is that we have a mount but no antenna and a broken Sony TV. So to fix the problem he cause it’s going to cost more than 2.5k. We need a new TV and to check what he did to the antenna. Then we called customer service which was just not helpful and said they will come back to us in 48 hours. Anyway, logging everything here because you expect a bigger company to sort things out promptly but this was not the case. So far we have called 3 times to the customer service and emailed 2 times and no reply from anyone. I will update on here.Stratco
