Five months on and I'm still waiting for repairs, one of which is a $60 part; the other $70. I found out recently that Aidacare are waiting on Quickie USA to accept the warranty claim first but they first need to 'a full assessment into the factors and failures within their quality assurance process and products'. This is policy apparently. Really? Quickie sell the parts; they know it's a failure point otherwise they wouldn't sell it. Their answer to me is that if I'm willing to pay for it, they'll get it in and if accepted as a warranty later on, I'll get my money back. I've now bought the part privately as warranties don't seem to mean a thing nowadays. They must be in dire straits if they can't stock standard parts like brake cables for repairs.......or else their care factor is zero.
