Mismanagement from the top downThe owner of this company engagged me to work on his boat, Works have been done and invoiced. Due to the mangagers mismanagement of his mechanic, the boat was required to go back into the water. Since then the owner has refused to pay his invoice after several attempt to offer to lift his boat in order to complete his mechanics work.

- Call you on weekends to check things that other services should be checking (like SA water)
- Tell you that you “clearly can’t afford the house” and the landlords wont be renewing lease (we were late a few times due to cost of living and we already pay a crazy amount for rent absolutely no leniency which I can understand to a point) but to state and use those words is incredibly demeaning an including words like “you don’t want this to go to court”
- Don’t respond to maintenance requests
- Gave out my personal details (mobile, name and address) to a “plumber” who wasn’t actually a plumber (I am assuming the agent got the number wrong) regardless, this person was someone who resided in a different state, no apology nothing from ray white for releasing my details to a total stranger, had to change my number after this as the number continuously messaged me inappropriately
- Did not alert us when any work was being done on the house, would tell external workers instead that “no one will be home should be fine” when we were in fact home external workers were left just as confused as were we. Absolutely no communication.
- Tell us wrong dates for inspections and come either a week earlier or a week later
- Brutal during inspections literally expecting the house to not be lived in (we were literally told off for having 5 pieces of dog hair on the floor, owners are aware we have a dog)
- Horrible mannerisms.
- State that we don’t need to be home for inspections but agent expects us to be home to take the dog inside/outside when doing the inspection (she acted terrified of our golden retriever when she owns several dogs herself)
- Have come for inspections and walked right away due to 1 singular weed growing in the garden that we had missed and stated "i cant send owners this, its disgusting" (it was legit a dang weed ONE WEED)
- My partner and I are neurodivergent and the agent struggled to explain a certain form to us and got angry for us not understanding like its our fault for not understanding what she is saying
Do yourself a favour and rent through a different agency. The people here are rude, have high expectations and none all at the same time and hate for your house to look lived in.

With real estate agents its important they can communicate clearly and efficiently, he struggled with us in this regard, hiding his concerns and stressing us out through the whole process probably purposefully done, its also important they are independent and not relying on management to make all decisions for them, he showed he is extremely inexperienced and you can see this by what he sells has he sold any 1million + properties no. He is just not trustworthy only looking to make the sale and get his commission then run like a sneaky car salesman, he only looks at the cash and nothing else, if you list he he showed he would be there at every step

Becoming a realestate agent is easy.
In some states, the training and certification to become a realestate agent can be completed in a matter of days. Make sure you quiz your agent about their education and experience. Can they justify that huge commission?

Read morealso happened to be the agency director, continuously pressured us via emails and text messages to accept these offers, claiming our house was worth less. We felt pressured to accept the offer, which we ultimately did. It's worth noting that we paid the agent full commission for the sale as well as for advertising. However, unforeseen circumstances arose, compelling us to cancel the sale, with little real assistance from the agent. The only suggestion provided was to move to a rental property, which was shown to us by a representative from his agency and was in a dirty and poorly maintained condition. To navigate the situation with the buyer, we had to seek legal representation, leading to significant financial strain and emotional distress. Consequently, I left a negative review for the agent. However, I was shocked when he called me, demanding the removal of the review under threat of legal action. I have proof of this conversation. During the conversation, he warned of suing me for slander, claiming he had the buyer on his side. Fearing repercussions, I reluctantly removed the review, a decision I now regret. Further conversations with others revealed that similar tactics were used on them to remove negative feedback, a practice aimed at shielding the business from criticism. Even now, recalling this experience makes my heart race. However, I feel compelled to share it with others to prevent them from falling into the same trap.

And then, she has advertised the internal dimensions as 250 metre square, but when I measured it up, it was actually around 165 metre square. She then denied the rotting wood throughout the deck and said, “Oh? I don’t know about any rotten wood.” When asked about the building report for the house that’s going to auction, she said we’d have to pay for it. And that was the final straw. She’s going to blatantly lie and mislead people on three things and then also try and hide whatever else behind a building report. If the house was sound, she’d give out the report and have more people bidding at auction, but her untrustworthiness means I will never look at buying a house from her and Belle.

I wonder how long agents can continue to treat buyers like this.

Unprofessional Wellstead Team and not even worth one starI recently purchased a unit from The Professionals Wellstead in WA that was an investment property for the seller.
... Read more The previous rental tenant had 2 cats that had sprayed urine throughout the unit and left claw scratches in several places. These agents did NOT notify the sellers of this and the damage caused and I found out from the sellers that the exiting tenant received their bond back. The sellers sympathised with my situation but said it was the Professional Wellstead Teams responsibility as they knew nothing. Legal Aid free advice informed me that I could engage a Lawyer to act for me but that's extremely costly. The unit was dirty and the smell of cat urine was disgusting and while I was told by Wellstead's that the carpets were cleaned twice, they couldn't care less and took no responsibility for their unprofessionalism and negligence. The Professionals Wellstead were the managing agents for the 5 year old unit and either didn't carry out 6 monthly inspections or turned a blind eye to the dirty and filthy condition of the unit at each inspection, including the final one and the tenants concerned resided in the unit for 2 years. The cat urine is on the blinds, carpets, walls and doorframes and has penetrated floorboards and concrete. I have replaced the carpets and purchased produces to treat the extremely difficult issue of the cat urine smell and found out the cat urine has a half life of 6 years. I've had to pull up skirting and quarter rounds, throw them out and I'm still treating the concrete. Next when I can afford it, I have to replace the urine marked blinds and then will be the floorboards. The smell is dissipating somewhat with treatment but it will be ongoing for a long time and I constantly have a sore throat due to breathing in the smell. Wellstead's did do a small bit of spot cleaning themselves as the toilet, oven floors and other areas were also extremely dirty. I was informed quite dismissively that the carpets had been "cleaned twice". In my complaint emails to Professionals Wellstead's, I had no response from Wellstead agent and from the Wellstead Business Owner/Licensed Principal I did receive a response email stating only "Thank you, I have noted your email". An unprofessional and negligent company.
