great for nail fungus. Almost a miracle cream. My right big toe needed treatment. It was certainly nothing like the bad cases as shown in the ads. Just some thickening and yellowing.

I had used a couple of other products before this (useless) so I had high hopes that at this price point, it would be effective. I am sorry to say it has made not the slightest bit of difference and I have used this continuously for almost a year. I don't like to be hasty to mark down a product but I feel I have given it a fair trial.

I keep looking at that toe and thinking yes, surely there is some clear nail coming through but next day, it looks the same as always. Maybe this cream works on other skin conditions. I don't know. But I can tell you now it is unlikely to work on any nail fungus. I have given it 2 stars as although it hasn't helped clear my nail, at least it hasn't gotten any worse. It is holding steady. But for $72, that isn't a glowing recommendation, is it! I will have to now look for another product and if I strike any success, I will put up a review.
