Easy to assemble, easy to pack, a great tent – We bought this tent to go camping around the Northern Territory. It was a great buy. The instructions are easy to read and the tent can be assembled… Read more
in about 15 minutes...and I reckon with more practice we'll get it quicker.
It can be assembled with the inner tent only which in places where there is little dew is fabulous for sleeping under the stars due to the insect screening right across the top.
The tent is completely sealable from insects.
The outer fly can be easily applied in another 5 minutes or so.
There are two decent sized rooms in the tent, plenty of space for two couples and double aired each side. There are pouch storages on both sides and more pouches near the bed head.
There are hoops for hooking lights.
There are two entrances so that you don't need to disturb someone sleeping the other room to get out for those late night "outings".
There is even a small zipped opening for putting power cords into the tent.
Overall, an excellent tent. Easy to use and great value for money.
The picnic/camping table is outstanding. I see some comments about getting easily scratched when stored away. Well, I must say if the top table is… Read more
folded properly, the top of the table remains inwards and perfectly protected. I had two of these tables for over 10 years with several camping trips and there is no one scratch on top of the table. Very light and easy to set up. When folded it takes a very little space.
Happy with ours – Bought our 3x3 anti pooling spinifex gazebo about 4 or 5 years ago and it’s been awesome until now. The only issue we have now is the canopy wearing… Read more
through where it rubs against the anti pooling bars. Not a bad run for a relatively cheap bit of gear. I think the Oztrail replacement canopies might fit, so I’ll try that, as the frame itself is still solid with hardly any rust
Big, strong and comfortable – We’ve used this tent for the last 8 years for our extended summer holidays. It’s great for a family, or even for two people. If the weather is bad… Read more
there’s enough room to put a table and chairs inside. The full height is sensational, you can stand up and get changed easily. It also has windows, vents and doors on every side so you can set it up according to your site. A great purchase.

It’s ok for my needs as a solar shower – This solar shower comes in a compact bag for easy transport. It’s easy to fill, but you can’t fill it too full. It works better with space at the top… Read more
to build air pressure in. I found that one of the caps on the foot pump needs to be open when operating the foot pump. It does require regular pressure on the foot pump to keep up the pressure of the water flow. It seems to heat up the water quite well for hot showers or for doing the dishes with. Overall, I’m quite happy with it. But I’m glad I bought it on sale.
Tested for two people during 2 weeks – In theory, enough space. Internal wall too close to fly, leading to dew drips upon the slightest touch. No side pegs to keep external wall from… Read more
touching internal wall at the tent's "waist". Has no front alcove - no safe outdoor area for cooking in rain. Setup and pack-up easy.
Ridiculous – Absolutely terrible design. Couldn't sleep for the pole down the middle of the stretcher was stuck in the dip and couldn't move the whole night. Show details

We bought this for $89 at Anaconda. The reason was to make an area to dry off after a swim out of the wind! We set it up against the pool fence with… Read more
the back facing the prevailing south easterly wind. I have anchored it very firmly because it remains up permanently. The zip window at the back allows the wind through the tent when not in use. This is critical when 25 to 30 knot winds are blowing!! Closing the zip window ensures that changing is enjoyable and wind free. As long as you anchor it well, it will resist strong winds with no damage. Ours has been up since Oct 2025 and I am completely happy with it. Today I have put a small cover over the roof because several birds have been landing on the material and have punched a tiny hole through with their claws!!
Give me an inch ! – WHY WHY WHY are companies so stingy with airbeds? The 'singles' are so small these days you could easily fall off. But even this 'king single' is too… Read more
SHORT. If it was an INCH longer my feet wouldn't hang over. I'm average height: 5 foot 9 or 175 cm. The specs CLAIM it's 188cm long, which is ONE REASON I BOUGHT IT instead of the well-known brand starting with "I" that I've used before and could have got from a famous American retailer. Because multiple REVIEWERS on that site also pointed out that THAT bed is advertised with the UNinflated stats, which is quite dishonest. This bed is ALSO clearly NOT 188cm INFLATED. Once again, I feel DEFLATED at the stinginess and sneakiness of companies - in this case, ANACONDA. It's their own brand. At least it's more COMFORTABLE than the piece of trash I got from the big retailer whose name starts with K - where I used to be able to get the brand starting with the letter I. I've recently found it quite hard to find a decent affordable airbed, which used to be EASY. (CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS on this very site and see if you can find one that has a high rating!) Seriously: if someone made a "single" airbed that was just a LITTLE bit more generous in width and length, they'd dominate the market.
Spinifex Brfindabella chair trap! – The chairs themselves are comfortable enough but the cheap plastic feet are absolute rubbish and disintegrate after a few uses. There is no where that replacements can be purchased. A $60 chair to thrown out because of a 50 cent faulty component
faulty product – Coating blistered and peeled away on first use. Then the metal rusted. Peeled coating contaminated the food. No response from Anaconda for over 2 weeks since submitting enquiry. Not good

three without. Putting it back in the bag is more difficult, especially the first times you try. But after a couple of times we got quite good at it. Quality is good, especially for such a good price. But is has a major problem: lack of ventilation. It only has one small vent opposite the flap. It's a single skin tent and it gets wet with condensation quickly. And unlike with other tents the flap doesn't even have a mesh, so if you open it for ventilation the bugs can come in. Another thing to consider with this type of pop up tents is that you need to peg it to the ground, otherwise it doesn't stand properly. So skipping a peg because the ground is rocky doesn't work. We did one trip with it but we shan't do another.

The worst gazebo – The Spinifex Gazebo is absolutely rubbish I should have read these reviews before buying. It bent within 2 hrs of putting it up and we needed to… Read more
install supports to keep it from bending. When we went to put in down and collapse it we found 1 leg bent which meant we were unable to collapse it therefore we tried to straighten the leg and it snapped off so we were still unable to collapse to the point of getting it into the vehicle so we had to tie it to the camper and dump it at the nearest tip. Of course Anaconda doesn’t want to know anything about it because they want to inspect it but they couldn’t tell me what I should have done because I couldn’t get it into the vehicle. I had photos of the damage but that wasn’t enough.
