Not allowed to boardExtremely disappointed! Was not allowed to board my international flight. Airline check in clerk denied my check in due to a 3mm tear on my passport. I booked a flight with City Link straight away next door with no issues ... Read morethrough both airports. I will never use Jetstar again. I work for a company that books many domestic and international flights and won’t utilise Jetstar again for any company travel due to unhelpful staff.

Once booked your money is gone no matter the change in circumstanceChanges to flights as a result of delays caused by Jetstar meant we could not use booking. You cannot contact Jetstar Holidays by telephone or email from outside Australia/New Zealand. You can contact by chat (technically) bu... Read moret the chat line is so busy that new chats cannot be initiated. Effectively you cannot contact Jetstar holidays to change your booking. Call centre staff from Jetstar are unable to help except to provide 1300 or 0800 numbers which you cannot call from outside Australia or New Zealand. It is virtually impossible to complain as to lodge a complaint you cannot contact Jetstar Holidays.
