A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS - With the scarcity of Philips TVs for sale in the domestic AV market, I was only able to purchase this unit… Read more

online from JB HiFi in Melbourne, but it was delivered to me in 48 hours, so there are no complaints there! It set-up easily and works well, producing a fabulously clear high resolution picture with the mini LEDs producing a superior backlight for the screen. Operation of the free-to-air channels is easy, but trying to control the Android GoogleTV functions is a mountain I have yet to scale. From past experience with Android TVs, just when you've think you've conquered the system, Google does an update and the learning curve arcs up again! However, this TV has so many excellent features, only found on other units for twice or three times the price. I highly recommend this TV, for it's performance, looks and price!

Don't buy it, bin it! – Unwatchable TV, always retrieving data. Reaction time is so slow you don't know if it's working. It takes 3 to 5 mins to scroll from one tv channel… Read more

to the next.......retrieving data is all you see on a black screen. Slow to boot up, takes forever to move between internet and Live TV. Sorry I bought it, worst TV I ever owned. Not the quality I expected from Phillips.

TV is reasonable and decent to watch. For its size, it has a decent number of inputs (2 x HDMI, 2 x USB, S-Video & Terrestrial) Also outputs… Read more

(Optical, headphone, Network port and Wifi). However, there is one significant issue. When watching a video on Prime Video, sometimes the software goes into a loop as if it's trying to go back to the Google TV page. I'm not sure the reason why it does this or an easy fix. When it happens, I hit the Netflix button and then try to go to settings and reboot the TV. Alternatively, I reboot the TV after using it which prevents this from happening for a few uses. I've uninstalled a few apps I don't use which maybe (?) has improved the issue. Software is up to date.
