Love this vehicleI bought this predominantly on value for money. I deliberately chose the leaf spring version. I am loving it. It tows great and has plenty power. The big tub loads a lot. All the bells and whistles of… vehicles twice the price. This is a ute that will compete with any of the big brands. Finding accessories remains a problem. Hope someone sees the gap in the market soon. |

The day you stop talking to customers is the day you lose businessI have been a customer of Edisons for quite some time. I am no linger. I have referred many customers to Edisons over the years, no longer. The problem? They no longer talk to customers. They closed t…heir phones, have a message on the old number that says they will get back to you, never do. They do not even respond to emails requesting a call- back. When the problem is regarding shipping, they wash their hands. They blame the courier, the courier blames their sub-contractors. Took 8 days to get a delivery from Sydney to Newcastle. Communication was non-existent. Overseas call centre not helpful. I am disgusted. I have already started shopping elsewhere. When communication with your customers gets downgraded, your customers will go elsewhere. |

What a disgraceThis is a very unprofessional outfit. They did not measure the roof first, they sold me a system that they could not fit. The fitment is carried out by sub-contractors, that demand payment upfront bef…ore installation. Once I refused to pay until the installation was done, it went pear-shaped. They could not fit the system anyway, not enough room on the roof. They made a counter-offer that could not be accepted, based on a demand for full upfront payment, which is crazy on a capital expense item.To make matters worse, only half a refund of the deposit. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had thus far.I would not recommend them at all.

Double whammy - pay for payg and value packTurns out you cannot send international sms unless you have a positive payg balance. Do not assume by paying for a value pack that sms will work. Call centre in India rude and unhelpful, said a superv…isor was not there. I eventually hung up. Shame on you Aldi. Hidden costs are not cool. Not consumer friendly at all.
