Clearly
Terrible customer serviceOrdered contacts and realised that I had old address. Rang straight away to be told by first person that address can’t be changed but can change address with delivery group( wait time 40 min)seemed st…range so asked to speak to a supervisor. Missed call from supervisor the next so rang again (30-40 min hold) spoke to 2nd person who advised shipping in a few days but can’t change address…then told by supervisor it’s due to a new system and can’t change address…luckily got item from old address…. team needs training as they clearly do not know what is real or not real and system needs to have a window to allow for changes …wait time is horrible .. also emailed support with no reply till now |

Amazing Service, Quick no hassleGot disconnected early by existing Telco, spent 3+ hours talking to call centers around the world( no help) found Mint and spoke to Kelvin who adv all costs and products, was set up with in 3 days. So… happy to speak to a human in AUS and was actually pleasantly surprised by being told service would not be great due to still being on ADSL(most others I spoke to tried to only sell me on their product) ..... have already told a friends and family |

Very bad miss leadingOrdered item with missing part Over 2 weeks of eBay messages… saying it would be sent by their eBay rep. It was never sent then all contact stopped. Terrible service |

$500 dollar bill for 1 monthGot recent bill to have $500 bill for 1 month When I rang was told it’s the rates and on …peak billing but no real info. I asked what I can do as very higher compared to same time last year only to be told that I should do a check and a call out is ver expensive .. poor form |
