Extremely pleased with the service and deliveryBought a Mitsubishi fridge. Service was good at the Indooroopilly branch. The delivery of the fridge was really impressive. The fridge was 150kg and the boys are super attentive dragging up the stair…s to the second storey and into the house without touching the rail or walls and nothing was marked. It was narrow. They installed the fridge nicely. They volunteered to take the broken fridge down for me but I declined since the mob I bought the broken fridge from was coming to collect it. Oh boy, these mob scratched my stairs with the trolley all the way down. Pays to buy from a good company. |

Product quality is appalling. Side tray cracked by itself in < 1 yr and all the bottles just crashed to the groundImagine open the fridge and all the bottles smashed to the ground ! Less than 1 year I bought and the bottom side tray's joint just … cracked by itself and luckily I moved I out of the way and not get hurt by the glass bottles. Have tried to call their customer support and all they did was register my customer information and asked to go to the website to load invoice and do LIVE CHAT. Ironically, there was no one at the live chat. I'm still waiting. How many people has time to sit infront of their computer and wait for hours to chat to 1 person? The quality and service is really bad. I have to say this is the first and last time I will spend money on CHINESE brand. |

Keeps showing me this message regardless of the device I used. The customer service lady put me on hold while trying to figure out. It'…s been 1.5 hours since she put me on hold. Well if she can't solve the problem just pick up the phone and tell me. Finally she hanged me up. Coles your customer service is crap! |

Shouldn't Dyson recall its product to fix the trigger issue?My V11 broke down less than 1 year. It started having trouble with the trigger and then it completely stopped working. Dyson replaced the main body when I called up which I appreciated. We decided …to open up the faulty body see what happened and we found the trigger was cracked inside. The trigger wasn't engineered to withstand the constant pressing. The replacement already started showing trigger problem again.
Googling on internet, this is a common issue and there are even YouTube video to show how to replace the poor quality trigger.
I think the 2 year warranty needs to be on each new replacement that is sent out because the trigger cannot seems to last 1 year. It is such a waste to throw away the main body away just because of the trigger. Dyson needs to address this trigger issue. I'm absolutely not going to pay to replace the main body when the warranty expires in 9 months time.
I've already paid more than $1000 for this crap machine.
This machine should last more than 5 years as it's a expensive premium product.
It's one of the most expensive vacuum cleaner in the market.
Dyson should recall this product and provide a proper fix permanently rather than just a part replacement and wait for warranty to expire and charge us again for the main body.

unfortunately , the support in Australia is non-existentThe phone was really good initially when I bought in 4 months ago. Unfortunately, it's been automatically rebooting and losing the blackout screen function when on call after the last update. Battery …is also draining and not as long as when I first have it. Each time, I have to chat to a online person who were tell me to do different things like start up in safe mode or uninstall the updates to get back the functionality. I don't have time to reply to them with long chats. I asked for a REAL person to talk to and they channel me to Nokia in Sydney which never returns call as it's on message when you call. I'm still waiting for someone to call me to resolve this issue. Support is very important when you only have 1 phone. |
