Nokia tries to enter Smartphone market but the quality is just not there yetI have owned this phone almost 1.5 years and I think I am in a good position to do a review. This phone built quality is good, very solid and the material used are showing the phone w…ill have some good protection from accidental damage and it is true that i have dropped a few times and the phone is still in very good shape. however the user experience and the bug in the system are bringing the phone rating down. 1. turning on tone is too loud and I am not sure how to switch it off 2. phone occasionally freeze, need to lock and unlock again to let the screen responsive to fingers 3. screen rotation can be not sensitive but some times overly sensitive. 4. after some system update my camera is not working so responsive like 1st time, it takes a bit of time to focus and the quality of the image has reduced 5. setting menu and other bit of operating system is just not so friendly and some functions are still not used to me 6. face ID unlock is not working so well. I have experienced multiple faces can unlock my phone Battery is good, I can go 2 full days on normal usage or maybe 3 days if just be mindful. overall i am still 80% happy after 2 yrs |

Good at removing water from air but a bit too noiseWe had this unit for over 3 years and every winter we use it to remove moisture in the air and it gets a tank full in every 3 to 4 days. We are pretty happy with it but only thing is a bit too noisy. …i use my phone app to check the noise level. It always stays at above 50. During the night it is just too loud. |

Cools down and heats up quite well, but strange noise bothers meI had this unit for about 2 years and from about half year ago every time when i turn on and turn off the unit, there are strange noise like plastic being hit or crushed, or the fins cools down after …heated or I don't know what actually makes the noise. The noise is actually quite loud it goes for a while even few minutes after shut still appears once or twice. I am not sure if this is under warranty. Do you guys have the same issue???. Thank you |

This company will disappear soonI got Amaysim NBN when it just rolled out in my area. got on the 100 speed and unlimited. it worked for a while probably 2-3 months. then the NBN start dropping and getting more and more frequent. I… called Amaysim, first resolution is replace my modem. to replace the modem. Amaysim also made me very unhappy. I called 3 times about the issue and finally i got told that New modem will be delivered. then never received until i called again. promised me that Modem will be with me soon. but again nothing in my mailbox. but received an email from Amaysim that instructed me to call my Modem company NetComm request some kind of ticket number and report this number back to Amaysim then they can issue the new modem. I called NetComm but they told me to report the error log to NetComm. it should be line issue not the Modem. so I was in the middle for a while until I was really angry to Amaysim team to request my Modem. YES... Modem arrived... So you know what.. being a nice customer sometimes is not working.... New modem arrived. but few days later again start to have drops.. again and again.. I called Amaysim. they told me to monitor.. everytime when i have drop out call them... ok i followed the advice and try to call them but you know what... Amaysim doesnt have night support. so everytime my drop out happened at the night time between 8 - 10pm... they closed from 7pm maybe.. so i replied email wrote down time date of the drop out.. but nothing happened.. finally i was angry again to Amaysim.. then NBN technician visited my house... tested the line and told me NBN line is good. no Fault. Called Amaysim again.. they told me an error found on the line... different story to NBN technician.. so ok.. good to know that they found the error.. so please fix the error.. they told me the error has been escalated to supplier.. i dont know what Supplier.. NBN??? anyway.. just fix the error please but again facing drop out.. almost daily.. called Amaysim last time yesterday.. the lady told me that my drop outs is not so bad.. compare to other customers.. I asked her compare to what customers??? who are you comparing.. your Amaysim customers are all facing multiple drops?? She told me compare to Philippines Internet in Philippines is worst than Australia... I started to laugh and lost my words.. Amaysim support center in Philippines. so that's why she is thinking our service with 1 drop a day is acceptable.. what kind of logic is that.. No.. i am leaving Amaysim.. and wish the rest of Amaysim customer good luck with their NBN services |

GoodI bought this unit recently for outdoor movie and camping, everything is nice and easy, however, 1 issue which really should be improved with a firmware update... That is the delay of the sound fro… m connected bluetooth speaker. It delays 1 or 2 seconds. You can certainly notice it I have tried 2 bluetooth speakers. JBL Flip 4 and BOSE Soundlink, both speakers are good with other devices.. So I hope BenQ can look into this matter and update the firmware to solve this problem. Thank you! |
