Harvey Norman Retail Stores - Appliances
Surprised and ShockedI got my brand new LG fridge delivered today and it came without any sort of cardboard packaging and had couple of dents on the top hand side of the door. When I called Harvey Norman, they suggested t…hat they will arrange LG to come down and replace the door. Instead I asked replacement with the another piece with all the packaging. The guy over the phone told me they don't have particular model in stock and can't deliver it until next Monday and asked me to not to use fridge till then because they have to resell it and I was literally shocked to hear that. I was like where will I keep my all frozen stuffs, veges, milk etc and the guy over the phone didn't want to understand. I would never buy anything from Harvey Norman again..Trust is completely gone and service is just below standard. |

Poor Customer ServiceI purchased two backpacks from Blacktown store. After making the payment I realised, it was at cheaper price through Online store. I brought this to the store person's attention who refused to match t…he price and told me if I would have shown this before making the payment, she could have matched it but now she can't do anything..What?? It's completely illogical to me. Btw, I purchased lots of stuff from Smiggle but sorry to say, you have lose a good cutomer. |

No Refunds, Just Credit (Have To Be Used During Their Specific Time) Why???I placed an order for clothes on this website and I received wrong size & I had to return everything at my own cost and time which I did. "I did not change my mind", I specifically mentioning here, be…cause one of ozsale's executive replied to one of the review on this website that according to T&C "you might have received credit because of change of mind". So, I did not change my mind, in fact, you delivered wrong size. I did this shopping to gift someone at overseas, funny part is I had to go overseas with empty hands. I stayed overseas for 4 months and when I returned to Australia, I found my vouchers are expired, I was like "what???". They are my money, you did not favor me of anything. How can you bind me for something to spend money during particular time frame? Does this happen, when you go to any store? NOOOOOOO. Why didn't you refund me my money when it was your fault? Why did you give me credit and bind me to spend "VOUCHERS" during specific time? I will be definitely writing this to ombudsman, ACCC, Fair trading. I don't know it will make any difference to you or not due to your twisted T&C, but I won't let you digest my money. Guys, stay away from this site. It's always worked out as an expensive option when you will be charged for delivery charges and returning cost.
