The sales stage was fantastic. Dan was professional and really helpful and helped us achieve the home we wanted through multiple revisions of the plan. To ensure he kept our business, he included plenty of extras in our contract and also fixed the pricing in some areas that had the potential to change.

The build was well managed. There were a few hiccups with the accuracy of the drawings and inclusion of variations onto drawings. Checking of the drawings needs to be improved in the future.
All meetings were held on time and personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful.

From start of sale, prestart, beginning of construction, during the construction,finish of construction and to handover and after handover this builder cannot fault any single things. We had a rocky start with 101 seriously underestimating site works and slack with helping us design a practical house. Do not rely on their drafting team to put it together! As this was a customized build the company offered various options to accommodate us to ensure the house was well designed for livability and efficiency.
The few minor issues were quickly sorted and the company's response to plan changes were prompt.
We're both very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the company and found them to be very flexible and innovative.
