101 Residential

We’re in the pre-construction stage having just completed our pre-start and interior design meetings (which were amazing by the way!) and are very happy with how everything is going so far. Carolina is our Sales and Design consultant and not only helped us find the right block for us but also has patiently helped with every single question we had and was able to fit everything we wanted in our block and within our budget!

I’m in the pre-construction phase of my first build & so far so good…I’ll post more info as things progress. I’ve been really impressed with all the staff at 101 Residential in my journey so far - their genuine engagement, excellent customer service & eye for detail have been so appreciated…especially my Design & Sales Consultant, Carolina, who helped me take the thoughts & ideas I had, & translate them onto paper, to design a home I love. Thank you =)

We’ve been working with Carolina since the very first phone call with 101 Residential. She has been engaging and professional, insightful and authentic throughout. Providing us with brilliant support and guidance whilst not being afraid to challenge our perceptions to ensure the best outcome. Stoked to be working with her throughout the journey so far and can’t wait for the next milestones.

I am still at a loss as I am writing this. I have built several times before, thought I had learned my lessons, and proceeded with a very cautious approach. Nevertheless 101 Residential have shown they have no regard for doing the right thing, and it’s all about profits, regardless of the impact to their customers . Once they have your deposit, they believe they have a license to do whatever they want. Let’s prove them wrong. I am happy to provide support/ join forces with anyone who has had the same experience or needs support. Please be wary of this builder, for your sake, the sake of your family, and your hard earned dollars!

Slight period of communication breakdown and delays during pre-start but after staffing changes our job was taken over by pre-site coordinator Steph who worked diligently to rectified everything. Steph was absolutely excellent! Highly motivated, excellent communication, professional, resourceful & knowledgeable. Our site Manager Brent has also been great, prompt communication & organised.

Scott park group has been great to our family, we build first home 7 years back from Red Ink and now our second home with 101. They let you make amendments and turn around the work quickly. We are quite happy with the quality of the build, client liaison staff and the site supervisor. We had some confusion on the cost variations but they were more then happy to assist us and sort things out. Highly recommend 101 for your next built.

From our first contact with Ian until our last conversation before the plans moved to the next stage we were impressed more each time with Ian's professionalism and knowledge.

We haven't started our builld as yet but the experience we have had with our Building and design consultant Ian Rodwell has been 1st class.
We purchased a very narrow block of land and was looking at what some of the display homes builders around Perth had built.we spoke to a few salesmen and they showed us what was possible. We dropped in to the 101 Hamilton display home in Baldavis and loved the quality and design of the display home. The home could not be built on our block.We had great talk to Ian and discussed what we wanted. A week late...
