Laser lights 8,1/2 inch , water damage
Laser lights 8 1/2 inch on my 3set , condensation in lens each time , only on car for 3weeks , have not even washed car , they are bright will 3rd set last
Rooftop Tent Issue
Just want everyone to know, never buy a KINGS product from 4WD Supacentre Save your money.
I’ve had an issue with my KINGS Rooftop tent and emails back and forwards from 4WD Supacentre Claims team on what would happen next.
They have arranged for the product to be picked up so that they can send it on to QLD to be assessed..
This will take more than a month for any answer to come out of this.
Just emailed them not to bother any further on the matter, that I have wasted to much time no longer waiting on anything and will dispose of the tent mys...
60 litre fridge
First of all I was thinking great size great power consumption on 12v . So i purchased one as I have so far not had any problems with any of the 4x4 supercentre gear . But as soon as I got it home I set it to 3 degrees and it would no even get down to 5 degrees at best. Called them up went through what was a long process I think when the fridge was not even 6 hours out of the shop. I could not just return it I had to go through the full replacement process when I had literally just paid for it. Anyway it was eventually replaced with a new one ...must of been a bad batch as the replacement one done the very same thing. I have just paid for a kickass one from Australian direct and have not looked back. Having said that all the other gear from the supercentre has worked fine .
DO NOT BUY Kings 90L Fridge Freezer Dual Zone
I bought a Kings 90L Camping Fridge Freezer Dual Zone on the 07/03/20. I tried it at home on 240 v as a freezer lasted two days and just stopped working completely. I went back to the store on 15/03/20 and faulty was replaced. I tried that fridge at home on 240 v with the very same problem worked for a few days then stopped completely. On both Fridges I reset and restarted the fridge several times, it would for a day or so then stop. I took the second fridge back on 07/04/20 asking for a full refund, as I was planning a big camping trip and wan...ted a reliable product and did not trust this brand. Refund was refused! A claim number was given and was told that it had to go back to the supplier for assessment. I said I did not want it repaired as only new and wanted a refund. NO REFUND as of 01/05/20 and no communication. All I wanted was a refund and I would have been happy. 4WD Supercentre offer very poor customer service and will not refund faulty products.
Looked great but a few things damaged
Bought the 6x3 awning with a 3x3 awning tent, put them up only to find damage with the awning and the tent was too tight and didn’t seem to fit properly. I returned to the store 1 week ago per directions from online claims and still haven’t heard from anyone about the return of money. On the same day of return I did buy the draws for the BT 50 and after installing them I think they are awesome, couldn't’ be happier but I still would like my money back for the awning and tent.
It has almost everything you need to be out in nature
The store is well spaced out set up with displays
So things are easy to see and accessible
Staff are always willing to help with any enquiry or warranty enquiries and answered to the best of their ability
Nothing of what was advertised
The swags we bought were not waterproof even after weathering them for TWO weeks we took them camping and the smallest amount of rain they got soaked and were unusable
2nd one a charm
Purchased a Camp Toilet and 5 weeks later I tested it before packing into a camping trip, the toilet did not pump water. I did an online chat to arrange an exchange but it did not go well, I told them I am going camping in 2 days and require it so I will come into the store to swap for another but the girl on the chat says I can't do that and will take 4 to 7 days to check for warranty. What !!!!!. I went in anyway the next day and it was sorted very pleasantly with the staff and the new one works an absolute treat, I would recommend these Camp toilets to anyone, it was a shame the 1st one didn't work and I tested after I purchased it but I was very happy camper with the replacement. Thank you staff at the Brendale Store.
Great products, terrible service
The products I’ve purchased have been great. The customer service in the store is disgusting especially if you want to return something for change of mind. I wanted to return a wiring harness which I was told would work but didn’t so I returned it with the intention of using that money towards something else. Team and store manager very unhelpful.
Dash camera heat distortion
Bought the dash cam about 6 months ago, found the casing was distorting and when contacted 4wd Supacentre was told not covered by warranty as should have not been in a hot car. Funny since they sell as a car dash cam.
Extremely poor customer service experience for a $50 unit. Now will never buy from them again
Hi all I brought their new 9inch spot lights had them wired up by a auto electrian and on the weekend they over heated and wiring caught on fire under the bonnet auto electrian did a test and said lights were faulty went in to their ravenhal store and said they can't do anything as wire was cut off course they were cut it was on fire no support at all I will never buy their cheap Chinese lights again I did not expect anything for the cost off wiring my car all I wanted was for them to maybe offer a store credit of $120 which I payed for the lig...hts but they treated me so bad I had to just walk out o have spent over $1000 In that store but were more concerned about the $120 I have never come across this ever please be careful when buying from them
Poor product support, 270 degree awning snapped on first use
Bought a 270 degree King Wing Awning from the Hazelmere store and on the first camping trip I used it on the joint that connects the pole to the awning snapped in half and the pole bent from the slightest gust of wind.
Drove back to the store and asked if I could get a replacement pole for the awning and they had no spare parts so they basically said I was on my own and wouldn't provide a replacement for a $400 product that broke on its first use, called up the 4WD supacentre support and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and didn...'t honor the warranty that comes with the product. Looking on the online store they only have replacement poles for their regular awnings so even if I bought another pole I cannot select the correct item since they are not stocked. Very disappointed.

Had nothing but issues .I have returned almost everything I have bought from them under warranty due to faults.poor customer service when it comes to returns and still waiting for money.will never buy there products again
Faulty products include there solar panels awnings.led 5 bar light kit.
Thumper max issue
Bought my thumper max for backup in case we got a flat on our 3 month trip around half of oz in 2018
Also bought a puncture repair kit .
Haven't suffered a puntrue to date and have only used the thumper 3 or 4 times to reinflate the vans tyres due to having to let them down a bit to get the van into the shed
Anyway went to use it this time for the annual holiday time and noticed its very slow and won't turn off when you aren't inflating, it used to be fast and shut off quickly

Warranty claim is a problem
2 faulty items was like pulling teeth to replace or refunding, never would buy from this company cheap junk, and they will argue the point in handing refund or exchange..
200w Solar Blanket was smoking from its first run
Give your solar blanket a run at home before you first use it, I was trying it out at home and I could smell something burning and it was the solar blanket. Pretty disappointing with the customer service, after raising a SD ticket, I had to call them after a week to get a status update on the next steps to get a replacement.

4WD Action Sponsors Customer Service Zero Stars
I bought a recovery kit and preordered a receiver hitch which was meant to be in store on August 29 and meant to get it mid September. It is October 25 now and still now item. I went back to the Newcastle store and asked could I have the display item and was refused guy saying it was needed to sell pre order units to potential customers. The salesman said the item would be in within 3 weeks which was what I was told when I first paid for it. To add insult to injust I was refused a refund on the spot and told I had to be mucked around by phone to get this. I have no item and they still have my money. These people are thieving bad businesses and should be avoided at all costs!!!!
Selling items with known faults instead of issuing recall
Bought VMS unit for 4x4tracks and lasted 30 minutes. Took it back replaced with a new one lasted one hour. Why isnt this recalled when it was a known issue?

Excessively slow to refund
I purchased a folding table last weekend from the Dandenong store. The price on the sign on the floor was less than what I was charged on my credit card (they said that they forgot to remove the sale price). Sales guy said that they would honour the displayed price and reimburse the difference , but couldn't do it himself. It had to go through accounts to review and process. Almost a week later I'm yet to be reimbursed the difference. I feel it's taking way too long. Other businesses do it there and then.
I will be returning the product for a full refund if a refund of the difference isn't paid soon.
